It might sound tough,(and not taking away from this horrible experience and the consequences!) but you are still alive. You can still make a difference in this world. God did not leave you, He was right there.
God is always good, the devil is always bad. There is free will and sometimes, even if you do not understand it right now, God has to leave us our free will, even if bad choices are made. There are things that a hard to explain, especially here in the form of this forum. It would take too long, it's a deep subject matter..
but if you want to blame someone and make someone responsible for this, then direct it at the devil.
He wants to draw the attention of the blame away from him and make you hate God, it's always his main goal, to destroy, make ineffective, to kill, steal, rape, murder...
This did happen, and it is a dreadful experience you had, but you need to move on to a place, where you can let God heal you and for that you need to trust Him. Time will not heal your wounds, it will bury it! They have to be healed in order for you to regain peace and rest.
The scheme of the enemy, is to wound and with that create more chaos, rejection, depression, oppression up to suicide. Do not follow his plan for destruction. It will open more an more doors and lead you down this dark path deeper into it. If you keep up with this, all you are doing is actually trusting the devil with your life and give it over into his hands, you are giving in to the one that attacked you in the first place!
I hope and pray I can express this in the right way so that you can see this.
You are in a battle for your life. Do not be angry at God, even if it sounds or looks like it from your standpoint right now, He was not responsible for it, He hates when things like that happen (and that goes for all of the bad and evil things in this world, it is NOT His will).
This is and was a spiritual battle to begin with. God wants to pick up your broken heart and heal and mend it back together and He wants to give you strength to overcome it, you need to let Him, this is your only choice to really get set free and He wants you free from this.
The best thing would be to have a Christian female counselor that knows about spiritual warfare in your area that can help you right there where you are and that can pray and really work with you.
But whatever you do. NEVER give up or give in. You have to see that this destructive behavior and the wounds and the feelings and thoughts behind all of this is from your enemy.
Start reading the Bible, God will speak to you, if you let Him. Pray again, He will reveal Himself...

I'll try to explain what the two guys were talking about earlier concerning sin. One of the easiest ways to understand how sin (the bad things we have all done, even the "little" things) affects us is using the avatar of one of the members of this site. The avatar shows a huge chasm between us and God, with a cross bridging the gap. The deep hole is caused by our sin. It keep us from having a relationship with God, because God is perfect, and sin can't enter His presence. The Bible even says "sinners He hears not". Sin even keeps Him from hearing our prayers, even earnest, desperate ones! We were all doomed, every last one of us, because we have all "sinned and fall short of the glory of God". There's one more part to this story, fortunately for us. God's Son, Jesus, agreed to come down to earth to live a perfect life (even though He was tempted to sin, He did not). Because He lived a perfect life and was the Son of God, He was able to take the place of our sin on the cross, where He let the human race kill Him. He didn't have to do it, but He loved us so much, He was willing to go through all the pain and humiliation for us. He could have called 10,000 angels to come take Him off the cross, but instead He chose to die there alone; naked, bleeding and in literally unimaginable pain to rescue us. It wasn't just the pain of crucifixion; He literally took the punisment every single one of us deserved for the sin we would commit - everyone's sin put together!. After He died, he went to Hell and took the keys, and then arose from the grave. All you have to do to have Him take away your sins is to reach out and take His hand which He is holding out to you, hoping that you will let him pull you out of the muck that you're in. He wants to take away your shame, pain, self destruction and grief, and have a relationship with you; a better relationship than you can imagine. I'm not trying to rush you into a decision, but He loves you very much, more than any of us can imagine....love so big it can't be put into words. =}

Whether you believe in Jesus or not you shouldnt cut though. It's dangerous and stupid and there are much better ways to take your anger, frusteration, and depression out on. Write what you feel down. Or paint something. There are plenty of other outlets. Listen to your favourite music.

That's right! Write an angry letter to your stepmother and throw it away. You'll let your feelings out in a wholesome non-destructive manner.
Nice work Michelle. :)

There is a truth out there, that you can believe and it will set you free, the truth CANNOT disappoint, because it is the TRUTH. GOD is TRUTH.
I know it is easier sometimes to believe a lie, because it is fashioned after what you feel and it mostly gives you an easier way out. This easier way out in most circumstances (if it is not the truth) is the wrong way leading to destruction. This is the way you do not want to go. People that do this do not consider the eternal consequences either. There is a life after death, your soul never dies.
To sum it up in short: there is heaven with God in peace or hell with demons in eternal judgment, fire and torment, a never ending torment that makes that what you went through look and feel like a walk in a park with ice cream. I am not kidding! I am sharing this, to let you know that this is also real and not to do anything bad, that later on you cannot reverse. The only way out is Jesus.

Your enemy will always push you or make you feel there is an easier and better way, just to let it go and end it. Then he has won and you will be in eternal destruction.

Yes, your son needs you, there is people out there that need you and will need you (ones you don't even know yet) it's all part of the overall plan of God. He does want to give you peace and rest, away from these thoughts and feelings of inadequacy and worthlessness, rejection and depression and the guilt and shame that comes with it, which are also a lie of your enemy, the devil...

If you cannot handle this by yourself, you should really go to get a good Christian counselor and like I said, needs to be someone who knows spiritual warfare. Ask them if they do. If they ask you what you mean by that, go to someone else, this is important, they need to know how to handle the spiritual side of it also!
I mean we can talk back on forth here and we can all try to answer your questions, which is good and you can always write or message any time, we are here for you, but it really really would be better if you would have someone over there with you, that you can trust and share with and that will help you where you at.

Will keep praying for you, you will make it... you are a survivor already, now you will learn to be an overcomer! God does not make any mistakes and He didn't make any with you either!

Start to read in your Bible again. That will help also to get back on track. The word of God never returns void, it always accomplishes the very thing it says. Speak it out over you, this is your power against your enemy...

Ephesians 6:10-17

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

2 Corinthians 10:3-6

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

Luke 9:1-2
Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. 2 He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

Luke 10:17-20
17 Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.”
18 And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.”

John 10:7-16
7 Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All who ever came before Me[a] are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. 12 But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them. 13 The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15 As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.

John 10:27-30
27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. 30 I and My Father are one.”

John 14:1-6
1 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many mansions;[a] if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
