Righteous judgement is judging something that I am not guilty of. That would make me a hypocrite.
Tell me something. If a brother in Christ were committing theft, would you stand back and let him do it or would you correct him?
CORRECT.
And I would correct them, hahaha but in love and not condemnation.

John 7:24 states Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
Argue that one with God.
Also Judgement could merely be discerning as Judging is another way to describe Judgement

There is a huge difference between correcting and judging
By telling your brother that he's doing something wrong, you are judging him. You have made a judgement about his actions.
Again, argue it with God.

Actually thats just ponting out his mistake, to judge means to have a position of authority and we are no better than our brothers and sisters and have no authority over them. how can a sinner judge a sinner?

Judging has nothing to do with holding a position of authority.

Judge -
verb
verb: judge; 3rd person present: judges; past tense: judged; past participle: judged; gerund or present participle: judging
1.
form an opinion or conclusion about

Do you have to hold a position of authority to, for example, judge that walking down a dark alley where someone is lurking at night is not a good idea?

But again that could also be rephrased and discernment, Judging others has always been used as judging them out of condemnation never of love, however seeing a person living in sin and understanding its wrong showing them it out of love in hopes they repent is not judging them

Prove that judging others has always been used as judging out of condemnation.
Showing someone they are wrong about something clearly is judgement. You're picking nits.

I'll leave you with some Scripture.

"The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment." (Psa. 37:30)

"The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace." (Isa.
59:8)

"Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?" (I Cor. 6:1-5)

"I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars"
(Rev. 2:2) How can someone be found to be a liar without judging?

This clearly isnt going to be resolved, if you want to claim that when you judge you are righteously judging even though none of us are righteous thats your choice. As for me I cannot and will not judge ppl in any way for its not my place to judge

Then ignore what the Bible says. Problem solved for you.

Firstly, please do not call me "dude".
Secondly, I make no apology for standing by what the Bible says.
Alright, sorry. I didn't mean to come off rude.

Telling your brother he's doing something wrong is an act of kindness. Calling him an idiot is judging him.

Where do you see the word "idiot" in what I wrote?
Please don't add things to what I said.

You really didn't say anything, I was just explaining my position. Don't be so defensive. Oh, I'm sorry, I just judged you.

No, that's quite all right. Perhaps I was defensive and I apologize.
