what about enjoying our youth?

So your definition of enjoying your youth is having a girlfriend and those stuff? I used to think that way too honestly... try reading Joshua Harris's I KISSED DATING GOODBYE....

with regards to making out and kissing, how sure are you that you won't fall if you play near the cliff?
Been there, tried it... almost lost it... almost died spiritually, because lust was able to root in me because of these things...
Satan can use even the littlest things... even things we thought won't harm...

There's more to our youth than dating.. Explore the world :)

I haven't been allowed to date so far. I am really wondering now if I should be in a rush to do so.

Enjoy our youth is not about having a girlfriend that you kiss and carress. Its about our archievement. The good things you archieve when you are still a youth are the enjoyments and not some lustful archievements

If you would prefer the latter, then you should act that way yourself.. Save as much as you can for your future wife and it will be better for you, imo. Have faith that God will provide in this area of your life.

I don't think "making out with chicks" is what the writer of Ecclesiastes had in mind when he said to enjoy the days of your youth lol :D

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour: 9Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brothers that are in the world. You don't have to kiss,touch in order to enjoy someone. If you like someone, you will wait until marriage. God calls for it, so might as well do it. God knows that if you wait, the reward will be much greater than if you hadn't. The devil will try to temp you but if you learn to get to know someone for who they really are, you won't even miss anything else. :)
