today i was talking to my friend about this website and she laughed a little;i felt offended cause i see there are really good christians here, anyway, i ignored her and started talking 2 her about Jesus. and she would try to change the subject and during certain times she would start laughing at what i was saying about jesus. and i started to get mad and i just ignored her comments and she moved on. but after we hung up i started to cry because if god came right now she wouldn't go with him. Idk what to say or how to act because it felt awkward be4 we hung up? at her home no one really talks about God.

alot of the time it is hard to convince a friend. But sometimes you have to try more then one way. One way is that if you have a youth group, you could say how stoked you are to go(i know i am every week). sometimes you gotta be creative :)

Don't shove christianity down their throat! Bring it up yes, but when they start to change the subject, respect that. Very rarely should you continue to pressure them. LEAD BY EXAMPLE!!! That is the biggest thing that Christian's don't do. I'm not saying you don't, I'm just saying that most Christians just proclaim it and don't actually live it. Titus 1:16 "They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good." That is exactly what a lot of Christians are like today. It is sad. But remember Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:14 "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden." If you are living a true Christian life, people WILL notice. They will ask questions, they will be interested in the fact that you are so much different then them, and that's an amazing opportunity to share your faith. I will be praying for you. God Bless.

I kinda know the feeling. Only two of my friends are christians, and none of them life around here. All the other know I am, but I rarely bring it up because they wlil either not want to talk about it (whch is Ok) or think i am crazy... :(

Don't give up! don't pressure her, but don't give up either. The word of God never returns void :)
