Do you Sing, Do you write poetry, do you play guitar, do you take pretty pictures, are you a person who has mad skills with a camera and editing (not that I am pointing any fingers lol), do you have a special talent (touching your nose with your tongue does NOT count, sorry), Are you artsy? Then why not we al collaborate and invent something called CC! Now you're probably thinking, wait, we already have CC, yes we do, which is Christian Chat, but I am talking about another name for CC and that is (drum roll please), Creative Christians! I think it would be a fun little project, like either have our own youtube channel, vimeo, or heck even a pintrests account! So what's your talent and would anyone be interested in this idea?

I think that is a good idea for a room title on this website. Creativity is god given. You either got it or you don't. I'm good at coming up with creative solutions to a variety of things. I do carving and sculpting and building. It would be good for other christians to come to and find a creative way to accomplish things. Like how do I show my faith in my vehicle. I recovered my headliner with a last supper tapestry. Good idea

That sounds like fun :) I'm an artist, I do drawing, little bit of sculpting here and there, but mostly I love to do jewelry work. I'll have the tools together to start making some stuff soon, and I could participate. Granted, my work is mostly nonobjective and not so much what one would call Christian work, but God gave me the talent, and my work is for him nonetheless.

Well I have come up with an idea, for this of us in the still art and crafts side we can establish a pinterests account. And those of us with a singing/video or physical ability (cool skateboard moves, unusual physical talents) would establish by a YouTube channel. The two would be connected tho. Also I would like to see if we get more interests on this post, before we even start to think about launching this. If nothing else, we could take the interests we have and make a photo/video montage :)

Very nice images daughter of a king 89. I can tell you must really like lions and panthers. And to answer a comment about an ealier posts on the thread, it doesn't necessarily have to be Christian, but I do ask that it be kept PG. With that said, if you are someone who does portraits of nude art or something of that nature, that might be taken into consideration, due to the fact that it can be presented in a tasteful manner, but that will be left up to the discretion of me and a couple of selected peers. So if we do go forward with this idea, here are some basic rules:

1.) Your creation must be unique and not owned by anyone but you (this means if you put a picture of Mickey Mouse in your painting, it will be voided and not added to either account).

2.) No Vulgar language or obscenity in any art form submitted

3.) Your creation while encouraged to be of Christian based values, does not have to be strictly Christian, but present a good message.

4.) Before submitting something to be added to one or both the accounts (youtube or pinterests), look over and review your creation so that you are sure there are no mistakes or anything you want to add. Once it is Posted, it will stay up (with the EXCEPTION of the submitter writing a formal e-mail explaining why they want to retract their submission and will be left up to the discretion of the account holder).

5.) I cannot stress this enough, but please please DO NOT SUBMIT ANY COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL. If you sing a cover song, and it is your voice and you playing the instrument, that is fine, but if you are singing and the CD (with the exception of karoke CD's) is playing int he background, your submission will not be accepted.

Just a few guidelines :)

hmm creative.... I used to write wicked poetry that could make people feel exactly what i felt when they read it. But i kinda lost my inspiration on writing poetry and have wrote 3 books, well short stories, about God and angels and a war with satan and sin... But those r long gone on a disc somewhere. Lol i guess my only talent now is a wicked urge to learn. I know everything about building pc's, right now im working on cars, and doing construction/plumbing/electrical with no previous knowlege or help from people.... God gave me a spirit that just needs to learn everything and im running out of ideas of stuff to learn... I guess i could do something to help lol

I've seen your work, and I really like it, especially the black & white drawings and jewelry :)

You have a talent for making posts that make me go "eh?".......then I read it again, and I'm like "Huh." Then I read it a third time, and I'm like "Oh! Ha! I think I get it".............:D

I've always enjoyed making things, especially 3-D stuff. Floral design, ceramics, sculpture.........whatever concepts pop into my head and rattle around for a while, begging to be let out :)
