I found these stretch exercises that feel AMAZING. You can do them as you sit in front of the computer screen, talking on CC and browsing the forums without hurting your back any farther. Who needs a massage therapist anymore? lol I'm trying them as I post them and I'm feeling soooo much better. And sitting on a ball when you're doing anything forces you maintain good posture, so it's recommended but you don't need a video for that. And always have your computer screen at eye level so you don't get neck strain.

Yes. Fit of a chair. I never knew there could be a wrong fit for a desk chair. lol I'm highly enjoying them. No more bad American posture for me!
