Bible teaches somany things on how to be a leader. There are lot of parables on how leaders lead others.
1. Be an example, even the showtime is less, you should be a perfect example for everyone to follow it.
2. Build a good team, We cant expect everyone to perform to give 100% output. some will give 150%, some will give 50%. but as a team you shud see it as 100% performance. That 50% output giver will have some hidden capability. It will take some time for you to find it and use it at respective areas. So, no member in team is useless
3. Dont make too much fun. It should be in limit. not more than one minute. Be casual. Dont be too much tough, so, they may get advise from you rather than making mistakes and blunders.
4. you should make them feel, you are with your team for their personal issues also.
5. Give targets with time frame to make them to achieve the goal. Do surprise checks.
If you read Bible, you can closely see how Jesus lead His team of 12 members. There is judas iscariot, rich, poor, educated, fisherman, etc.. But Leader was perfect to lead them to their goal.
