Romans 1:18-32
English Standard Version (ESV)
God's Wrath on Unrighteousness
[SUP]
18 [/SUP]For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. [SUP]
19 [/SUP]For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. [SUP]
20 [/SUP]For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world,[SUP]
[a][/SUP] in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. [SUP]
21 [/SUP]For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
[SUP]22 [/SUP]Claiming to be wise, they became fools, [SUP]
23 [/SUP]and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.
[SUP]
24 [/SUP]Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, [SUP]
25 [/SUP]because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.
[SUP]
26 [/SUP]For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; [SUP]
27 [/SUP]and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.
[SUP]
28 [/SUP]And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done. [SUP]
29 [/SUP]They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, [SUP]
30 [/SUP]slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, [SUP]
31 [/SUP]foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. [SUP]
32 [/SUP]Though they know God's righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.

Romans 8:1-15
English Standard Version (ESV)
Life in the Spirit
8 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.[SUP]
[a][/SUP] [SUP]
2 [/SUP]For the law of the Spirit of life has set you[SUP]
[b][/SUP] free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. [SUP]
3 [/SUP]For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin,[SUP]
[c][/SUP] he condemned sin in the flesh, [SUP]
4 [/SUP]in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. [SUP]
5 [/SUP]For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. [SUP]
6 [/SUP]For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. [SUP]
7 [/SUP]For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot. [SUP]
8 [/SUP]Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
[SUP]
9 [/SUP]You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. [SUP]
10 [/SUP]But if Christ is in you, although the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of righteousness. [SUP]
11 [/SUP]If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus[SUP]
[d][/SUP] from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.
Heirs with Christ
[SUP]
12 [/SUP]So then, brothers,[SUP]
[e][/SUP] we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. [SUP]
13 [/SUP]For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. [SUP]
14 [/SUP]For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons[SUP]
[f][/SUP] of God. [SUP]
15 [/SUP]For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father
1 Corinthians 6:9-20
English Standard Version (ESV)
[SUP]
9 [/SUP]Or do you not know that the unrighteous[SUP]
[a][/SUP] will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,[SUP]
[b][/SUP] [SUP]
10 [/SUP]nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. [SUP]
11 [/SUP]And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Flee Sexual Immorality
[SUP]12 [/SUP]“All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be dominated by anything.
[SUP]13 [/SUP]“Food is meant for the stomach and the stomach for food”—and God will destroy both one and the other. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. [SUP]
14 [/SUP]And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power. [SUP]
15 [/SUP]Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never! [SUP]
16 [/SUP]Or do you not know that he who is joined[SUP]
[c][/SUP] to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, “The two will become one flesh.” [SUP]
17 [/SUP]But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin[SUP]
[d][/SUP] a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. [SUP]
19 [/SUP]Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,
[SUP]20 [/SUP]for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
So Glorify GOD in your BODY... AMEN!
