This song here was first written by arlo guthrie. It's kinda remarkable in it's context because it's a song of dreaming - dreaming of better things for a hobo (homeless guy) on he road, knowing though that it's not the way of the real. It's not even about hope really, just a place far away that's better than the place he's in....
