L
I know the phrase has become almost cliched, but that doesn't make it any less applicable. I would like to ask you all what you have done lately that fits into that category. Not just the little things--not that the little things don't count--but the things where you really had to step up, or speak out.
I had an opportunity today--I drove by someone pulled over on the side of the road, but I was running late for a first time tutoring session, and just kept driving. The conviction came. The thing is--if I had stopped and it had made me late, it could have possibly been two people I positively affected today. I could have told her I'm sorry I'm late, but this is what happened. It could have possibly led to telling two people, I did this because I love Jesus. But I didn't do it. . .I am having a really hard time stepping outside my comfort zone lately, and my comfort zone is a pretty small place. I am becoming more conscious of opportunities to serve God though--now it is just a matter of doing it.
I am simply hoping that any stories you have may encourage me and others who read them.
