Americans must get out of this mindset that God is punishing the nation for its own immorality. Wrong. Every single major disaster declared to be one of the "worst of its type" to hit the USA ,has come on the back of the President and Government interfering with Israel, especially over giving up land.

Gay Parade has nothing to do with it. There are countless gay parades and nothing happens. Look to Israel and the US involvement.
So you're saying weather disasters don't come about because of gay parades, they come about because our President is trying to get Israel to give up land? That's as dumb a claim as this kid's. In fact, it's perfectly ridiculous. What makes you think God is defending the Jews anyway? Have they accepted His son yet? Have they? So what makes them different than any pagan nation? Now I'm not saying He doesn't want them to come to Him, and that He doesn't plan on many still coming to Him. But to act as if Israel is super special above everyone else to the point God turns tornadoes on other nations for disagreeing with Israel over something? That's another one of those things that make Christian's look bad. I think you need to read scriptures more closely. Jesus took away God's blessing from the Jewish people when they rejected Him.

"Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people, producing the fruit of it." (Matthew 21:43)

But you believe God uses those storms to destroy people? How does that work with the character of God?
The very definition of God is love.
The Bible also says God is a God of War, so question right back at you, how does that work with the character of God? I never said he has used storms to destroy people, but he does and I do say He has, does and will do what pleases Him. God is not only a God of love, but of justice and righteousness. Thus if God wishes to destroy what he created for whatever reason that is beyond my understanding or yours, by golly He's going to do and has to answer to nobody.

Also, destroying something could be an act of love, especially if that something is acting in contrary to God or it's purpose, for the good of the whole (or somebody's well being).

Why is it so hard to believe that God would judge/warn us using natural and man-made disasters? I certainly don't know if the tornado was a judgement/warning from God or not. But I wouldn't presume that it wasn't.

2 Chronicles 7:14

[SUP]14 [/SUP]if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

But does the anti-Christ Barack Hussien Osama bin Laden have the ability to? He does after he made a pact with the lizard people.
Only if God allows it.

i haven't been able to substantiate this but i have heard repeatedly that every major catastrophe that has happened in the u s a in recent years has been preceded by an offence against the nation of israel.

Correct, especailly when it involves giving up land.

October 30 1991, George Bush opens the Madrid Conference which is to negotiate peace between Israel and Palestine. One of the main points is to persuade Israel to give up land. Later in the day, The Perfect Storm forms of the coast of Nova Scotia, which saw 100 foot waves pounding the New England Coast, including damaging Bush's home.

August 23rd 1992, the Madrid Confrence moves to Washington, Hurricane Andrew forms and becomes the most devastating Hurricane to date.

16th January 1994, Clinton goes to Geneva to meet Syria’s President Hafez el-Assad to discuss plans over Israel which involves giving up Golan Heights. Next day California is hit with an earthquake.

27 September 1998, Secretary of State Madeline Albright works on a plan which involves Israel giving up 13% of Yesha. Hurricane George hits the coast, but stalls, the following day Clinton meets with Arafat and Netinyahu to push this proposal through, Hurricane George continues and causes 1billion of damage, finally coming to end when Arafat leaves.

October 15-22 1998 , talks resume in Maryland with Arafat and Netinyahu over Yesha land negotiations. OCT 17th, Texas is hit with tornadoes and rainstorms, leaving 25% of the land flooded and 1 billion dollars of damage, Texas is declared a disaster area.

May 3 1999, Arrafat is going to declare a Palestinian state with Jeruselm as its capital, Clinton gives personal backing and support, but asks to postpone this to Decemeber. Later in day terrible tornadoes hit Oklahoma and Kansas.

August 22-29th 1995, 22nd August saw the final completion of the forced withdrawl of Jewish presences from Gaza, which was brokered by the USA. This included removal of a number of settlements making a few thousand people homeless. Exhumation of bodies also had to take place, moving the dead out of Gaza. Hurricane Katrina comes to life, a week later it hits America and the rest we know.

May 21 2013, John Kerry arrived in Israel ahead of Obama the purpose being to negotiate peace in exchange for giving up territory and outposts in West Bank. A few hours later Oklahoma is devastated by the worse tornado in history.

OF course, many people will not accept this, especially those that subscribe to replacement theology and relegate Jews to nothing and do not accept ISrael today is the Israel of prophecy. But of course, facts speak for themselves, how many more co-incidences will there be?

Since when have the Jews been totally for God anyway? We continually read dall the way through the Bible how they reject God, even when Moses took them out of Egypt and was up the mountain collecting the commandments, the people were making idols and worshiping false gods.

Yes the Kingdom of God can be argued, but of course the original covenant in Genesis for the Jews can not be broken, nor will it be. God is re-calling the Jews after 2520 years of exile , that is an interesting study to do, they are being called for judgment, but they will still have Gods protection over the land and the original covenant is still in place, those who curse the land will be cursed.

Yes its easy to be over the top in supporting Israel, I know it has its faults and the people are hardly believers, but they soon will be all believers again in the near future when we see supernatural victory in the Gog Magog war to come.

It is not just the USA who get hit, but it is the USA who is most instrumental and vocal in trying to get Israel to give up land which God gave them.

SO, Christians look bad over belief in supernatural events and so forth? I dont pay attention to atheists and non believers who say my beliefs are stupid and that they give Christians a bad name etc. Think about it, the goal is to destroy Christianity, one by one all the significant things are being questioned to point where we have some ministers who are being apologetic to atheists that the virgin birth probably didn't happen.

There is a lot more going on than we can comprehend and understand, thats also written in the Bible, so it is perfectly acceptable to see God punishing nations in this way. Just look at my previous post and the list of dates and events. If you still think its co-incidence and nonsense, then thats up to you, but how many more co-incidences will there be?

I don't think God specifically meant it as an answer to the GP parade but I do think that God is gradually removing his protection and blessing of this nation that has been so active in trying to remove Him on a national scale.

I could type out a long explanation of this starting out with how the founding fathers prayed for God's blessing and protection over their new nation, and ending with the passage in scripture where God says that when a nation forgets about Him, He will forget about them, but I won't. :)

So God enjoys killing thousands of people simply because the leader of their country does something he disapproves of? Its even more ironic that the states he punishes the midwest during clinton and obama wouldnt even have voted for the guy.

I Doubt God takes pleasure in it, but certainly we see it time and time again in the Bible that this is how God operates.

Yes. Read 2 Samuel 24 for one example.

The only way to stop this is to repent. Pray Obama repents, like David did.

Anyway here is the main parts of this

[SUP]8 [/SUP]After they had gone through the entire land, they came back to Jerusalem at the end of nine months and twenty days.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]Joab reported the number of the fighting men to the king: In Israel there were eight hundred thousand able-bodied men who could handle a sword, and in Judah five hundred thousand.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]David was conscience-stricken after he had counted the fighting men, and he said to the Lord, “I have sinned greatly in what I have done. Now, Lord, I beg you, take away the guilt of your servant. I have done a very foolish thing.”
[SUP]11 [/SUP]Before David got up the next morning, the word of the Lord had come to Gad the prophet, David’s seer: [SUP]12 [/SUP]“Go and tell David, ‘This is what the Lord says: I am giving you three options. Choose one of them for me to carry out against you.’”
[SUP]13 [/SUP]So Gad went to David and said to him, “Shall there come on you three[SUP][b][/SUP] years of famine in your land? Or three months of fleeing from your enemies while they pursue you? Or three days of plague in your land? Now then, think it over and decide how I should answer the one who sent me.”
[SUP]14 [/SUP]David said to Gad, “I am in deep distress. Let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great; but do not let me fall into human hands.”
[SUP]15 [/SUP]So the Lord sent a plague on Israel from that morning until the end of the time designated, and seventy thousand of the people from Dan to Beersheba died. [SUP]16 [/SUP]When the angel stretched out his hand to destroy Jerusalem, the Lord relented concerning the disaster and said to the angel who was afflicting the people, “Enough! Withdraw your hand.” The angel of the Lord was then at the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]When David saw the angel who was striking down the people, he said to the Lord, “I have sinned; I, the shepherd,[SUP][c][/SUP] have done wrong. These are but sheep. What have they done? Let your hand fall on me and my family.”
[h=3]David Builds an Altar[/h][SUP]18 [/SUP]On that day Gad went to David and said to him, “Go up and build an altar to the Lord on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.” [SUP]19 [/SUP]So David went up, as the Lord had commanded through Gad. [SUP]20 [/SUP]When Araunah looked and saw the king and his officials coming toward him, he went out and bowed down before the king with his face to the ground.
[SUP]21 [/SUP]Araunah said, “Why has my lord the king come to his servant?”
“To buy your threshing floor,” David answered, “so I can build an altar to the Lord, that the plague on the people may be stopped.”
[SUP]22 [/SUP]Araunah said to David, “Let my lord the king take whatever he wishes and offer it up. Here are oxen for the burnt offering, and here are threshing sledges and ox yokes for the wood. [SUP]23 [/SUP]Your Majesty, Araunah[SUP][d][/SUP] gives all this to the king.” Araunah also said to him, “May the Lord your God accept you.”
[SUP]24 [/SUP]But the king replied to Araunah, “No, I insist on paying you for it. I will not sacrifice to the Lord my God burnt offerings that cost me nothing.”
So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen and paid fifty shekels[SUP][e][/SUP] of silver for them. [SUP]25 [/SUP]David built an altar to the Lord there and sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offerings. Then the Lord answered his prayer in behalf of the land, and the plague on Israel was stopped.

Man so glad we have a God that could kill me at any second because the leaders of our nation may do something against israel...that sounds like someone worth worshipping. Random slaughter god...

Please get the crazy out of your head and realize that our God isn't randomly killing folks because you have an issue with our Government's foreigh policy decisions towards Israel. It makes e wish you werent a fellow believer because I dont want those statements and the opinions they cause in people to reflect on me or my faith. If however you insist on maintaining such nonsense try the link at the bottom I think they will be a perfect fit:

I wonder how many of King Davids subjects said the same thing before the angel of death killed them as punishment for Davids errors.

God is the one who has the issue with US forigen policy against Isreal, so maybe you should ask God as to why. I posted the facts regarding the dates and times of all the major disasters to hit the USA. co-incidence? one or two, maybe, but to have so many co-incidences, you must start to think there is more to it.

A number of Americans reject this as they simply think its just more US Bashing, but its not. God remains the same, he has not turned into a wishy washy liberal carebear hippy.

Why do Christians think i want to go to heaven but i never want to die? Don't you know you'll have to die in order to go to Heaven? And if so, how do you think that will happen? Why do you think this is always a bad thing? When a disaster comes, such as tornadoes, or disasters of some sort, why does a Christian start to blame God in this manner if they still get to go home?

I don't get it? IF they really have the faith of someone who really believes they are saved, then there faith should not be in jeopardy and they should not have any fear? For they are going to be with the Savior!

This is something i just don't understand? When my time is up, i don't care how or when it is! I know I will be with the Lord and i don't have to worry about anything! I am not in fear or angry about it at all? Even if a tornado or hurricane took me, what difference would it make? I have been on deaths door before and there's nothing but light and nothing to fear!
Death is death! And going home is going home!

Death is not a punishment people... ? Do we really believe this or not? I for one do... Do you?

You do realize hurricane season is August - November and tornado season is march-may don't you?

These are natural disAsters that occour often but don't always get the medias attention.

They occoured before Obama and they will continue to occur after he leaves office. They even occured before Columbus discovered America!

God will use natural disasters as a wake up call and as a way to humble us to help us realize that we are ALL vulnerable to death and no matter our age death can come any time, but to make this a political thing is absolutely ridiculous.

Its not a "political thing" as in siding with politicians, its all about actions against Israel. The genesis covenant, those who curse will be cursed. Kerry lands in Israel to try and get Israel to give up land in West Bank, within hours of landing Oklahoma is hit. IF you dont want to accept it then so be it, but denial dosnt make it go away.
