dliz, don't let it keep you from wanting children. The truth is that once the labor is over and you get to hold your little one, I don't know that you ever really think about the pain again...or maybe that's just me. 
I think women who have several children are a testament to that. Kids are SOOOO worth it. I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

...one would imagine there would also be other internal contractions - stretching going on: these guys were just having their abs stimulated to severe contraction. I use one of those devices myself, they are rather good; when you crank them up real high in the wrong place ie: abs..., they can really bring on a painful, cramping cutting sensation...., so yeah - they must have really felt it in that video...LOL

And having a child isn't a pain you only have once, and then it goes away.

I thought my son's first day of school was tough, until the day he got his driver's license. THAT was a horrible day!I remember being so exhausted from getting up with him during the night as a baby, but there are days now when I wish I could put him in his crib and know that he couldn't get out.
