Actually Palestinians who believe in Jesus will get access to that land in eternity, while Jews who reject Jesus won't have any access to the land. Palestinian believers are the seed of Abraham. Jewish rejectors of Jesus are not the seed of Abraham.
Galatians 3:29
If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise
