I think Jesus mentioned the possible cause of nukes in matt 24. I can think of one in revelation possibly (wormood)

Going from memory I think in Ezekiel is where it talks about their flesh melting from their bones. Which could describe a nuclear explosion. We know Israel has nukes and will more than likely use the in the war against the anti christ. Of course the bible is not going to use the word nuke or atomic weapons, because man at that time had no idea that we would have these weapons. At the same time it does not mean that this is what it is talking about. However the description matches.
