I understand that. This is the problem we get when we read the bible out of context, with 21st century goggles, a wrong interpretation. Also this verse isn't about a particular person, a whole people are judged. If you want to take an absolute wooden literal interpretation of this, then you have to call it a plaque, not a nuke. I believe this is referring to God's judgment upon the beast in revelation, which is the establishment of Ancient Roman, the 4th Satanic kingdom. And the ones being delivered are the new Jerusalem bride, the new believers in Christ. Maybe there is a topological fulfillment of this at our Lord's second coming, but I'm not going to bank on it. I'm not going to argue over this, you guys can hold to you interpretation, we will see after it's all said and done..
