Why Do Men Have Nipples?

So this will be a pretty mundane subject compared to all the other cool stuff that's currently being discussed,
but over the years I've seen a lot of arguments made against Creation Science based on this male physical attribute.

I have three ideas about why men have nipples:

1- Woman was made from man, so that genetic information needed to be there.

2- It is an intimate connection between man and woman.
If man had no nipples, but woman did, that could be a source of alienation from each other.

3- Maybe original man had the ability to produce milk and "give suck" as it were?
Yeah, because that's what a baby wants; his dad's hairy nipple in his mouth!

That's all I've got.

I think he had to have, since Eve was made from him.

It's possible that he didn't since he wasn't formed in the womb. I wouldn't say nipples are a gene thing, it's more of a 'being conceived' type of thing. But I could be wrong, I'm not a scientist or a doctor.

I've been asked the question, and was unable to give a satisfactory answer.

It's a topic of curiousity, a topic of interest. Why do you have to get all high-and-mighty about such things?
Also the rapture blah, blah, blah have been discussed hundreds of times, male nipples only once.

Male nipples are innervated and vascularised and can provide pleasure upon stimulation. They're not useless. Every organ of the body has a function. Our creator, God, put them there for a reason.

Well, men have nipples because their daughters will need that gene info for her own nipples.

Here's how it works.
All males are determined by their DNA XY chromosomes.
All females are determined by their DNA XX chromosomes.

An offspring receive ONLY 1 set of chromosomes from the father and 1 set of chromosomes from the mother.

The offspring receive mitochondria DNA ONLY from the mother, while the offspring's gender is determined by the father. That means,

a) if the offspring is born a boy, the baby boy received 1 X chromosome from the mother, and the Y chromosome from the father. That combination shows that receiving 1 X chromosome is not sufficient enough for the intended mechanism of a functioning nipple.

b ) if the offspring is born a daughter, the baby girl received 1 X chromosome from the mother and the other X chromosome from the father. Therefore, in order to have functioning nipples, BOTH XX chromosomes are needed, and there's the biological reason why men have nipples that don't work, but women have stuff that works. ...just saying
