Jesus will return when all things written about his coming are fulfilled. Not before! Yes I believe he will return in our lifetime based upon the fulfillment of prophecy concerning Israel, the nations around Israel, what is happening in the Middle East etc. To be fair and biblical...many people who are dead believed they would see Jesus in their lifetimes so when you see the things fulfilled in Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Mark 13 among other books then look up for your redemption draweth nigh.

Do you see yourself referenced in scripture? :)

You wouldn't be the first to expect the end within your own lifetime. As I've stated my own great grandmother thought this, and she died at age 102 almost 50 years ago. There is evidence in scripture that the Apostles believed Jesus would return in their lifetimes.

This is all that needs to be said.
Have you ever noticed that those who seem most keen on looking for the evidence of the end times are often the same people who are somewhat prone to various conspiracy theories? Or is it just the conspiracy theorist in me who imagines this? :)

JESUS WILL RAPTURE ALL BELIEVERS ANYDAY NOW!!! WILL YOU BE LEFT BEHIND???? 2 PETER 3:14==[SUP]3 [/SUP]Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
[SUP]6 [/SUP]Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
[SUP]7 [/SUP]But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
[SUP]12 [/SUP]Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
[SUP]13 [/SUP]Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

Yes I believe he will return in our lifetime.... your redemption draweth nigh.
There is a book I read a few years ago titled A History of the End of the World, by Jonathan Kirsch. People have believed for two millennia that Christ would return in their life times. It's a book that might interest you.

I am not so very much younger than you, and if you are anything like me you too are becoming very aware of your mortality. I just wonder if this has any bearing on your certainty that the end of the world is near? After all, if you were only 18 and believed the end would come in your lifetime you might still have nearly a century to wait.

Instead of interpreting scriptures and reading yourself into Scripture in a twisted way that should never be done, use the words of Jesus most obvious sign. And also the reason he came to earth. For ALL the nations, not just America!

"And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." Matt 24:14

"And the gospel must first be proclaimed to all nations." Mark 13:10

So no sitting around looking up to the sky, you should be on mission with God and proclaiming the gospel to all the world. Because then Jesus would come again!

Has he raptured your heart or better have you allowed Him to rapture your heart. UMM there are two in the field and one is taken. Rekon why, My guess is this false world like altar that has pushed aside the true altar and that is Christ. Fools, trust in your work so do Buddhist.

JESUS WILL RAPTURE ALL BELIEVERS ANYDAY NOW!!! WILL YOU BE LEFT BEHIND????
GISMYS:

1) likely first:

2) ultimately, for certain:

Matthew 25
The Final Judgment

31“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. 32Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left. 34Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ 37Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers,f you did it to me.’

41“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, 43I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’ 44Then they also will answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to you?’ 45Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.’ 46And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

John 3
12But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, 13who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

John 3:5
Jesus answered, "Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.

John 3:6
Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.

1 Peter 1:23
For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.

1 John 3:9
No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God.

1 John 5
Overcoming the World
3For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome. 4For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world-- our faith.

5 Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

WE BELIEVERS ARE TOLD TO KNOW WHEN JESUS IS AT THE DOOR READY TO RETURN. THAT DAY IS TODAY!!!!For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.[SUP]3 [/SUP]For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
[SUP]4"" [/SUP]But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief."" (THAT DAY WILL BE NO SURPRIZE FOR BELIEVERS)
[SUP]5 [/SUP]Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
[SUP]7 [/SUP]For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]For"" God hath not appointed us to wrath"", but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
[SUP]10 [/SUP]Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
1 THESSALOIANS 5:2-11

Matthew 24 was talking about the descendents of Jacob whose name was changed to Israel. It is not talking about the country Israel. of the Middle East.
