My family and I plan on taking a camping trip and we have amusement park season passes, possibly a trip to the beach as well.

Yes, not far from the mountains. :) It's beautiful there, i recommend it for anyone.

It's in NC, not SC, but it's a fun place to visit, it's at the ocean. It's called the Battleship

We are going to Holiday World in Indiana for just a day really soon. My daughter is in a choir competition there. I can't wait. The place looks interesting.

Indiana also has the Michigan Lakeshore park, and ... the Dan Quayle Vice Presidential Museum.

The most wonderful vacations I have ever taken have been backpack trips, and I have been to Singapore, Paris, etc. After you buy the equipment it is free, too.

We hiked the trail that surrounds Mt Hood in Oregon, we have been all through the Trinity Alps in California, and many trails on Mt Rainier in Washington. Now that I am so very elderly, I have pictures of peace and beauty in my head so memory takes me back there.

The bridge over the Vltava, the Cathedral and Hradcany castle would be favorite destinations, I guess... :)
