Just to list the obvious ones that everyone knows I do like Beethoven, Bach, Motzart, Chopin and a few others i just cant think of right now.
Those are some of the great classical ones.

I do like Christian hard rock, too. Disciple is powerful stuff with Biblical lyrics.

Blessings.

I havent really listened to too much Christian hard rock. I think the only artists are kings of Leon I think casting crowns and Wayne Kerr. And those are not exactly hard rock.

No my tattoos have nothing to do with the military. I dont think my brothers will ever get tattoos. It seems to be something only I am into. I have considered getting an anchor for my brother Kenneth. But I will have to think about it.
Sarah: Yes well I guess you and the 60-70% (and in some cases more) female proportion of parlor clients in North America are kind of living proof that in many families it's the women who are more likely to go do it.

(Another reason why faith based designs have such a potential and future, I guess, also.)

Kenneth is the brother that is thinking of going into the military, then?

Blessings.

Casting Crowns is more Christian soft rock, really.

That makes sense and I kind of think women tend to be more sentimental.

No Kenneth is in the NAVY. Hes stationed in Guam right now.

Oh okay, and this is why you're considering the anchor, of course, yes. There is even a Psalm reference about going 'down to the sea in ships'.

A lot of women seem to think it makes great sense, anyway. My 2c would be also that it's a rational thing as well as involving sentiment for Christians of either gender to assume that a thoughtful faith based design will likely bring many conversation-starting witness opportunities.

Blessings.

I completely agree. I think its starting to die out with the younger generations.
It's good to have quality music, and it's worth preserving. I don't make judgments about whether music is better, whether played by people in tuxedos and off the shoulder gowns, or by musicians in leather and blue jeans; the style of the music and the musician may vary, but it's quality one way or another that counts.

For the Christian singing hymns and spiritual songs, it's whether the Lord sees a person making melody in his or her heart to Him, that counts.

Blessings.

I agree though i was speaking from a purely classical music standpoint. You dont see many kids these days listening to it. Which is sad as this classical music is where it started.

Playing an instrument of any description kind of gives one a bit of insight and empathy into music that is listened to.

Blessings.

Sarah: There's also the big issue of where the parlor is. In the past, where sailors got tattoos in foreign countries, for example, there was often no knowing how the parlor was regulated, how clean it was, how good quality the ink was, etc.

Guam is technically a US territory, of course. If you go visit Kenneth in Guam and decide to do the anchor there, you would well advised to check very carefully about the parlor you might use and all the ramifications. You might still in the end decide to use your local one in NM that presumably you are comfortable with.

Blessings.
