You mean how it might become the mark of the beast? Nah, I'm pretty sure that if its a technology 'mark' it will probably be something created by apple. They now have applepay you know? And.. they just put out an apple watch too which you will be able to use with applepay...

It might be, it might not be. Not everyone likes apple. I'm not even really convinced the mark of the beast is going to be some super high technology. My conclusion is watch and pray, and I think if it happens in our lifetime, we'll know in the very depth of our spirit that, "This is it. We need to prepare." I mean, no doubt these things are slowly leading up to the end times...but things have been building up the very day Jesus ascended into Heaven, you know?

What if the mark of the beast is symbolic and not literal?

Maybe...I haven't really looked into that part of the Scripture. I probably should...but Revelation just seems like the "sacred book" that everyone knows about but no one touches.

The simple logic of seeing something mysterious would make it more endearing and haunting and the viewer will soon seek it." --Lav Diaz

Ahhh, another day! I need to finish mowing Grandma's yard, go to a Sunday School teacher meeting at 3pm, go to a youth cook-out at the pastor's house at 6pm, somehow bake a cake in the meantime...

And considering all the dairy I ate yesterday, I slept way better than I deserve to have slept.

That's the news from me. What's the news from you?

Actually when I was a kid if we got sick mom brewed up catnip tea. Just what it sounds like, take some catnip and brew it in a pot of water. It really did work to calm the stomach down.

I disagree, modern technology can be extremely useful in our daily life.

Oh, thanks for reminding me to order my new-fandangled Charlie Chaplin torturing device. I've never coveted my neighbour's oxen, but I've always wanted one of these!

I'm sitting here eating bacon, I'm thinking how good it would be dipped in chocolate, (it really is) then I just saw Pipp's cake won! I'm not surprised, it's creative and delicious. Someday I'm going to see Pipp on the Food Network, I know it!
*grabs a slice of Fenner's bacon and runs*

Mocha went to the vet today. More antibiotics. Not happy. But this morning, Mocha was in so much pain he had some confusion (kept wandering around everywhere and wouldn't lay down) and stuff...and his ear was such a deep red. I just couldn't believe how bad he'd gotten overnight. But he's acting tons better now. I just...kind of want to cry. This is my buddy we're talking about. We grew up together. Since losing Mom I can't afford to lose much more emotionally. So...yeah.
Pray for you and Mocha, kiddo
