no he said informant... that could be anything.

KGB is serious.

Point taken.

So how do you ensure the woman you're about to ask out isn't an international spy? This might merit a discussion.

Have you seen the Russian female spies?

not bad, not bad at all.
I know they had a reputation during the cold war.

They would make bad spies if there were pictures of them though, wouldn't they?

So much for the thread being back on track...

I like this derail a lot better than the last one though. :)

I'm sure Russian female spies look great (some might even have quality personality and good character), but personally I'd rather be metaphorically stabbed in the back, rather than physically. :p

This whole post was amazing, Roh-Chris. What I find most intriguing is your insight into rushing into marriage and Indian customs. I went to a wedding last year in India and saw for myself the glitz and glamour they put into their weddings. It was breathtaking, and thankfully the couple getting married are two good friends of mine who kept a long distance relationship going for three years before tying the knot. Apparently the first "love marriage" in his family. The arranged marriages... I don't understand but it's not my place to say one way is better than the other. It's strange how many similarities there are between a young couples experience as a married couple no matter where you live and what kind of culture surrounds you. In the end I am in love with the idea of being a team, being two close friends and battling this life out together with God overseeing them. I love that idea and I wish it for everybody, myself included.

Also, you should be a writer! Your second paragraph gave me some great visuals!

Why, thank you for your wonderful comments, Miss! Thank you for suggesting that I should be a writer. :D

Some of the issues I mentioned in my post are specific for India but there may be some non-Indians who tend to think this way too. This is why I wanted to share a few details about my personal struggles, to give such people some advice.

You have put it wonderfully - marriage is about a team of two, battling it out with God overseeing them. This is an amazing idea and I hope everybody thinks of marriage this way. :)

Either he doesn't know what he wants, or he's in love with the refresh button haha.

My guess is just curiosity, unless it's something like Facebook/Instagram in which case he likes your photos.

Yeah, if pics are up he may just enjoy the view.
Or he may be forgetful and keep looking not realizing it's the same person. I do that on here often. I'll see a name or something and check the person out and realize this is the fourth time i've looked at their profile because i always forget i've seen it already.
