I don't see why there is so many people on here siding with Darren Wilson. Yahoo News recently covered that after the trial the eye witness that got Darren Wilson exonerated, was found not only to be a racist, but not even at the scene of the crime. So basically she lied about what she didn't even see. Not to mention there was a group of witnesses that basically got ignored that saw Darren Wilson kill Mike Brown in cold blood, not self defense. Not only that but after the trial was over, the prosecutor said he inadvertently forgot to bring evidence that worked against Darren Wilson to the court during the trial. I'm sorry, but I don't think it was by accident I think he deliberately left the evidence behind. I also read another article about how the prosecutor did a poor horrible job, who is probably a white supremacist himself. Seems to me like this is a Zimmerman verdict part 2. The media has been pretty quiet about these things, which is why they are little known facts about the case. But the people that control the media are mostly racist anyway, which is why everytime a unarmed black guy get's killed they try to criminalize him on the news. You never see them do that to white people that get killed. I've also noticed that when Trayvon Martin got killed the "undercover white supremacists" one whom I live close to, start trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes. Don't let them fool you about the Mike brown incident.

That is alright as they will believe whatever they want no matter what comes out of it since it is done and over.
I mentioned twice on here how there was a couple of video evidence of the shooting, and the final shots. Yet after the ruling was made and McCulloch was asked about the video evidence in the press conference immediately after the ruling, he said there was no video evidence only audio...........My question still stands by that remark he made, where did the video evidence go ???

I didn't know that. I didn't know anything about that. I had no idea there was video evidence. Just eye witnesses was all I knew about.

I cant believe we are still going back and forth.....one of the biggest racists on the planet (Holder) has found that there is no evidence to pursue a case against Officer Wilson....if there as an inkling of evidence that Officer Wilson was in the wrong you will not convince me that Holder would not have gone after him and made an example of him.....The cop acted within his legal rights as an officer of the law...period...said and done...case closed!

They spoke about at least 4 cell phone videos that I can remember that caught the shooting, for many weeks before they went through the process. Then after the process was over McCulloch said in the press conference when asked about them, he replied there was no video only audio........

The Department of Justice (not the department of phil), which is ultimately headed by President Obama and Eric Holder who is the Attorney General, put 2 + 2 together in their report titled 'DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE REPORT REGARDING THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE SHOOTING DEATH OF MICHAEL BROWN BY FERGUSON, MISSOURI POLICE OFFICER DARREN WILSON' dated March 4, 2015 in which ex-officer Darren Wilson was completely exonerated and the defense witnesses shown to be lying.

Here, read it for yourself: http://www.justice.gov/sites/defaul...4/doj_report_on_shooting_of_michael_brown.pdf

Firstly, you ignore the criminal investigation and believe everything the defense witnesses (e.g. and most of them had criminal records) assert even though the actual criminal investigation showed they were lying.

Here, read it for yourself: http://www.justice.gov/sites/defaul...4/doj_report_on_shooting_of_michael_brown.pdf

Secondly, you do so in direct contradiction to Eric Holder's own DOJ report on the criminal investigation being repeatedly posted in this thread suggesting that you are not the sharpest tool in the shed so to speak.

Here, read it for yourself: http://www.justice.gov/sites/defaul...4/doj_report_on_shooting_of_michael_brown.pdf

Thirdly, you make numerous false assertions rooted in innuendo, hearsay, and liberal media excerpts rather than empirical documents such as the criminal investigation reports for example.

Here, read it for yourself: http://www.justice.gov/sites/defaul...4/doj_report_on_shooting_of_michael_brown.pdf

It's like a little kid jumping up and down saying, "You're wrong, you're wrong, you're WRONG!"

I read the criminal investigation reports (have you yet?) and the truth is that YOU ARE wrong.

Not so interesting and no need to "burn this b***h down" as Michael Brown's "parents" agitated for with liberal F word usage.

If Michael Brown's parents had been moral people and raised a moral, responsible, law-abiding adult (instead of a criminal thug): their son would still be a alive (and probably paying taxes too).

The DOJ criminal investigation addressed every known video. Only one video was alleged to be of the event (see witness 115), and that person initially lied. Note:

"However, after federal prosecutors played Witness 115’s own cell phone video back to him, he acknowledged that on the video, recorded right after Brown died, he narrated, “Dude was all up in his car; dude was punching on him,” and that 'dude' was Brown. Witness 115 explained that his initial impression was that Brown was punching Wilson because Brown was on the outside, standing on the street, and appeared to have the upper hand." -page 40

The video itself collaborated Officer Wilson's testimony.

Additionally, an audio recording of gunshots was identified. The DOJ reports states on pages 24-25:

"Witness 136 was in his apartment using a video chat application on his mobile phone when the shooting occurred. According to Witness 136, he heard “maybe three” gunshots followed by a five to six second pause. After those first gunshots, Witness 136 recorded the remainder of his chat and turned it over to the FBI. The recording is about 12 seconds long and captured a total of 10 gunshots. The gunshots begin after the first four seconds. The recording then captured six gunshots in two seconds. There was a three second pause, followed by a seventh gunshot. There was a quick pause of less than one second before the final three-shot volley within two seconds. The recording was not time-stamped. As detailed below, this recording is consistent with several credible witness accounts as well as Wilson’s account, that he fired several volleys of shots, briefly pausing between each one."

All other videos were taken in the AFTERMATH of Brown's death and the DOJ concluded they supported Officer Wilson's account despite the spurious and widely circulated by the media comments of non-witnesses taking those videos in the AFTERMATH of Brown's death which included chants of "kill the police."

Firstly, this thread is waaaaaaay too long for me to read all of the posts, so I skipped to the last page. So, sorry if I missed the justice.gov link. And thanks for the compliment. Insulting my intelligence? People rarely resort to insults when they are winning a debate, that's usually a loser tactic. It seems the facts I posted about the case have struck a nerve with you for some reason. I wonder why. Because I have not lied. Yes, i made some assertions that I can't prove. It is impossible to PROVE that the people who control the media are largely racist. Especially since no one really admits to being racist anymore. These are based on observations. Let's call it an observational study. Just because it is not possible for me to prove, does not necessarily make my observations wrong. We cannot prove God exists, but do you beleive in God. Yes, because you observe all the plants and animals and beautiful creation around you. But, if someone asked you to prove that God exists, could you do it? I don't think so. Yet, we know God exists. Same goes for the media being racist. Same goes for the prosecutor being racist himself. Which I read an article that outlined why the prosecutor did a poor job and it was very convincing. Hopefully I can find it. You can come to that conclusion through your observations. Why would he purposefully do a poor job. We can know things we cant prove, the same way we know God exists, yet we cannot prove it. Sorry, if I made you angry enough to insult me because I can't prove it.

Ill get to your argument's a little bit later. I don't have time to read all of this right now as it is about as long as the bible. i have alot of work to do 2 projects, 2 tests tos tudy for and more. But I will have an answer for you after I read more facts from the case in the link you posted. I will also try to search again for the articles about the FACTs of the case I posted about. If I can't find them you'll just have to trust that I read them. I can't find the Yahoo news article about Darren Wilson's key eyewitness (supporting self defense) being found out to be a liar and the other article about why the prosecutor did a poor job in the case, but hopefully when I look again I'll find it. I'm going to look for the article about why the prosecutor did a poor job and post it if I can find it. I dont think Ill ever be able to find the Yahoo News article.

ntersting how he had to shoot over 16 shots to defend himself from an unarmed suspect. Sounds fishy to me. But ehh. Ill just have to read the link you posted before I go on. But Officer wilson's story is very fishy

"Wilson told the grand jury that he initially encountered Brown and a friend walking in a street and told them to move to the sidewalk, drawing an expletive from Brown.

Wilson said he noticed that Brown had a handful of cigars, 'and that's when it clicked for me' that the men were suspects in the theft of a convenience store reported minutes earlier.

Wilson said he asked a dispatcher to send additional officers, then backed his vehicle in front of Brown and his friend.
As he tried to open the door, Wilson said, Brown slammed it back shut. Wilson said he pushed Brown with the door and Brown hit him in the face. Wilson told grand jurors he was thinking: 'What do I do not to get beaten inside my car?'

Wilson said he drew his gun and threatened to shoot if Brown didn't move back, fearing another punch to the face could 'knock me out or worse'.

'He immediately grabs my gun and says, ''You are too much of a p***y to shoot me'',' Wilson said, saying he thought he would be shot when Brown dug the gun into the officer's hip."

Grand jury evidence reveals Michael Brown taunted Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson | Daily Mail Online
Just taking a break from my homework looking over the past posts. I just want to address what you said in this thread. It is a known fact that after the cigar robbery THE STORE OWNER ADMITTED THAT HE DID NOT CALL THE POLICE. So this is the first LIE that officer Darren Wilson told. Kind of makes you doubt the whole story if you ask me. But Wilson supporters tend to wanna ignore this. I wonder why????

You appear to have a good heart and a humble spirit but you need to learn to care enough to put in the due diligence with respect to everything you come into contact with.

I realize it takes time and effort but it's worth it moving forward. Became an analytical educated person with an opinion that correlates with truth so often that it cannot be easily dismissed. And may EVERY American, DO that. Peace.

Firstly, this thread is waaaaaaay too long for me to read all of the posts, so I skipped to the last page.

Read the DOJ report:

"At approximately 11:53 a.m. on August 9, 2014, about ten minutes prior to the shooting, Brown and Witness 101 went to Ferguson Market, a nearby convenience store. Surveillance video shows Brown stealing several packages of cigarillos and then forcefully shoving the store clerk who tried to stop him from leaving the store without paying. Evidence of this theft and assault likely would be admissible by the defense in a prosecution of Wilson because it is relevant to show Brown’s state of mind at or near the time of the shooting, and arguably corroborates Wilson’s self-defense claim.

Surveillance cameras captured the incident without audio. SLCPD detectives, FBI agents, and federal prosecutors jointly interviewed the store employees who were present at the time. The employees, a father (the clerk who was assaulted) and his adult daughter, are of Indian origin. The father does not speak English well, and therefore, was not as able as his daughter to recount with specificity what Brown said during the incident.

The video depicts Brown and Witness 101 entering the store and proceeding to the front counter. Brown stood at the register, as Witness 101 waited behind him. Brown asked the clerk behind the counter for cigarillos. The clerk put a package of cigarillos on the counter. Brown then “snatched” the package of cigarillos from the counter. Using his left hand, Brown reached behind him and gave them to Witness 101.

Brown then reached over the counter, as Witness 101 described and the video shows, and took additional packages of cigarillos. In so doing, Brown dropped some of the cigarillos and had an exchange with the clerk during which he refused to pay. Witness 101 then placed the cigarillos that Brown had given him back on the register counter, as Brown picked up his stolen goods from the floor. Brown and Witness 101 proceeded to the exit and the clerk, who is about 5’6” and 150 lbs, attempted to stop them. The clerk first tried to hold the store door closed to prevent Brown’s exit. However, Brown shoved the clerk aside, and as Witness 101 walked out the door, Brown menacingly re-approached the clerk. According to the store employees, Brown, looking “crazy” and using profane language, said something like, “What are you gonna do about it?” Brown then exited the store and the clerk’s daughter called 911."

-Page 25 and 26.

911 WAS called and as the DOJ report clearly states on page 6:

"As a result, an FPD dispatch call went out over the police radio for a “stealing in progress.” The dispatch recordings and Wilson’s radio transmissions establish that Wilson was aware of the theft and had a description of the suspects as he encountered Brown and Witness 101."

So are we going to play this game for every point you can think of because you're too lazy to read the report?

Ferguson police say Michael Brown was a robbery suspect, identify Darren Wilson as officer who shot him - The Washington Post I guess the Washington post was lying then. They say the robbery was unrelated to the incident and irrelevant.
Is the Washington Post in a position to make that judgment from 1,200 miles away?
Is the Washington Post a certified police officer with Missouri Class A police powers?
Or should the Washington Post have shut the heck up and let the police
-- who were at the scene, not 1,200 miles away -- do their jobs ?

it wouldn't matter if they indicted or not, the people there are going to riot and loot no matter what. I say nip it in a bud and just call in a A-10 for a airstrike. end of riot, problem solved.
Similarly, the Apache for vehicle pursuits. Far too many in So. Cal. Police can end a pursuit in minutes, but their hands are tied by regulations and laws that restrict how they address and respond to every situation.

heh, way I see it we have a thug who knocked over a gas station that met lead justice. no pity here.

we need to go back to the old days where criminals met the end of a rope, sick and tired of having to pay for criminals.

to put it short, don't want a cop to shoot you, then don't commit crime. pretty simple.

I'd settle for their parents raising them right. How do you get a couple of "ghetto rats" to raise a moral, educated, responsible, hard working, taxpayer.

That's the question straining society for an answer.
