The Conservatives have pledged to abolish the Human Rights Act and replace it with a British Bill of Rights. The Conservative manifesto says: "This will break the formal link between British courts and the European Court of Human Rights, and make our own Supreme Court the ultimate arbiter of human rights matters in the UK."
in my humble opinion, why are they changing law and order back, to the uk. how much tax payers money down the pan, by joining the eu ,with the blind eye tactics to enslave. ie lawyer will not be able to appeal the uk courts ruling by taking it to the eu supreme court, so all the pro bono layers have fought for an other white washed wall. or death ear to the cases they have changed in the past for fairer rites for all classes of people. etc so in simple terms they can start law and order to human rites again . etc.
big question why leave the eu. etc etc ( the plot thickens)
