N64, now that was a great thing, definetly a bright spot of the nineties, I used to kick butt driving as DK on MarioKart 64, awesome console, so awesome I still have one!
Ahh, that is unfortunately a source of frustration for me at the minute. My N64 has disappeared into a vortex in my cupboard. I'd love to play a bit more Goldeneye and Perfect Dark.

lol!!! I shouldn't complain! I just got through watching that silly reality show called Jersey Shore...I have to admit, I found it Hilarious!!!! I would change the channel during the "gross" parts, though...I can't believe how graphic TV has gotten nowadays!

I miss that too! A level (although small) of censorship...now anything goes!!! Yuck!!!

Yeah I would be sitting down watching tv with my parents watching something we think is wholesome then some scene randomly pops up and its all awkward with them sittin right there.

I can definitely identify with your parents!! I used to cover my 12 year old's eyes, (and he used to wrestle me, just to get a peek), now I hardly watch TV...well, except for the Golden Girls!!!! LUUUUUVVVVV THEM!!!! LOL!!!! :)

I mean that as soon as the sex scene comes up on the telly, protocol dictates that one must avert one's gaze, get up and mutter ''I'll just put the kettle on'' and proceed so to do. If executed properly, it should seem entirely coincidental that you chose that specific moment to go and make the tea.

If you come back in before the sex has ended, then you can easily retreat again with the excuse that you forgot the biscuits.

Are you implying that we watch a lot of sex in our house?

But television sex or no, yes I practically live on tea. I have a cup of tea before I do anything. I even have a cup of tea before I have a cup of tea.

No I'm not implying that at all, just that maybe there were many uncomfortable moments during films that no-one expected, happened that way in my house quite a bit.
