Apparently, you have to be 8 years old or older to own an Ouija Board. So, let me get this straight: You need to be 21 to drink legally and 8 to summon the devil. ‪

Right......

I'm back. Looks like all of you could use some help in defending the streams against the trolls, though all I've seen is the cleaned up aftermath. And the only other thing I have to say is... it's April, it shouldn't be snowing.

Hi Cinder - welcome back!

I'm kind of back too.

I have no idea what happened. All I saw was the aftermath as well. I miss all the good stuff!

I always remembered that line! :D I heard it in a movie from either the 80's or 90's.

You may have missed it, but it wasn't good. It's one of those things that is best left buried behind someone else's woodshed, deep in the woods, with all markers and memories erased. It wasn't pretty.

I'm coming up with new terms everyday....

Troll + false religion = TROLLIGIOUS

Trolligious.... when a troll tries to promote a false religion and antagonize Christian believers in the guise of showing similarities/all (religions) getting along together...

Now we understand...CC has visitors. Some of them obess trolligiously. Such shall fall under the ban hammer.

It's from The Usual Suspects, but it's a rephrasing of Charles Baudelaire.

*hugs* you KNOW, I know this feeling.

Oh my, the lies we tell ourselves trying to get a grasp on any level of understanding. *sigh*

I'm sorry friend. I will truly pray for you as you sort out your emotions over this and as God works out what He is completing in you both.

So sorry crosstweed.

(My immediete solution for the barage of emotions is about four pieces of tirimisu from Olive Garden. *shrugs* temporary, but has a proven track record.). ;). ;)
Thanks :)
(I'd take the tiramisu if it was around, but I guess a raspberry dark chocolate truffle 2 shot latte will have to do for now LOL  )
Crosstweed just want to say I've been there, and I know exactly how it feels. It hurts, a lot. On the occasions when I've gone through situations like this, honestly I didn't deal with it well, however luckily, I wasn't on my own. God was there. However I'm pretty stubborn and was resistant to give him my pain, let go, and move on. Don't be stubborn like me... :) The two things that helped me were 1. Trusting in God that He has a plan, a better plan than mine. He knows and forsees everything. Also, I prayed "Thy will be done". Because, generally, I like my will being done. 2. Time. Time does heal. Not like God, but still, it helps. God bless! :)
Thank you so much for this. I've been through this once before, and that's part of why I'm having a hard time with it. I know that God has a plan, and that's why I've handled it as well as I have thus far... I'm just fighting against the preliminaries that lead to bitterness and anger right now. Part of the problem is that I don't know that it's over. I want to be careful not to accidentally destroy any chance of restoration of this friendship, which could happen very easily if I let this anger take root and don't sort it out very carefully and maintain a proper perspective.

 Like the big mean neighbor's dog who lives next door and likes chasing little kids...

Auntie, that is not a sick atrocity, that is a paradox that must be the result of a shift in the space time continuum.
