Wheat grass and coconut meat
We love young coconut meat (-- and juice as well), eaten as is or with other fruit as salad. I heard in parts of Africa, while they have coconuts they do not really (know how to?) eat the coconut, whether raw or the mature kind to get the coconut cream. What a pity-- no, I don't say how ignorant they are, but rather how much they are missing. I happen to live where coconut is prepared and cooked in so many ways, as in other Asian countries, and that's it, how muchthey are missing.
I haven't tasted wheat grass, but it must be just like other green veggies I suppose. I understand how sprouts are also consumed in other places, but here about only mung sprouts are available all year round, except for larger supermarkets and posh hotels and restaurants of course.
Pls excuse, someone's out there!
