;) My favourite food are chocolate cookies and ice cream.
My favourite drink is fruit juice.
It's hard to beat orange juice.

As far as a favorite food, I just discovered I have really high cholesterol, which probably forces me to disclaim several of my favorite meals. I guess Cheerios and Healthy Choice frozen dinners are my favorite foods, for the moment.

One of my favs is chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Both need to be drowning in gravy. LOL
I make the best that Ive tasted except for my moms who is the one who taught me all the southern cooking skills.

I have this over the top fattening meal twice a year. Yesterday was one of the days :) Yummy for my tummy!!

Oh, I forgot to mention: If I have chocolate or carrot cake, I MUST have milk.
Love milk too. Loved it as a child, with most anything... can u tell me what it is not good with? Here, altho fresh liquid milk tetra packs flood the mkt now, powdered milk is still very popular. Because of the hot weather, I think that is just as it shd be. I know others putting sugar on milk however, and I wonder for the taste of plain milk is already so good.. why put sugar I asked? I would eat other sweet things, but I like milk as it is.

Wheat grass and coconut meat
We love young coconut meat (-- and juice as well), eaten as is or with other fruit as salad. I heard in parts of Africa, while they have coconuts they do not really (know how to?) eat the coconut, whether raw or the mature kind to get the coconut cream. What a pity-- no, I don't say how ignorant they are, but rather how much they are missing. I happen to live where coconut is prepared and cooked in so many ways, as in other Asian countries, and that's it, how muchthey are missing.

I haven't tasted wheat grass, but it must be just like other green veggies I suppose. I understand how sprouts are also consumed in other places, but here about only mung sprouts are available all year round, except for larger supermarkets and posh hotels and restaurants of course.

Pls excuse, someone's out there!

What I like about frozen “dinners” is that the package notes the calorie content.

I read somewhere that the human body needs 1,000 calories a day to sustain a healthy body. Some of these frozen dinners contain 400 calories.

I was never much of a cook so prepared dinners is my staple. I also like a double patty with cheese burger all the way with onion rings and a drink.
Aside from that; this is basically my daily diet.

I only wish these places would advertise their calorie content too

:)-
