1 Corinthians 6:17
But he that is joined unto the Lord
is one spirit.
Yes,but that is a small s for spirit, which is one in purpose, with the Lord,His Spirit, but the person is not the Lord,Spirit, and the Lord,Spirit,is not the person, like a man,and a woman, when they are joined together, are one flesh, but the man is not the woman, and the woman,is not the man.
Jesus is God manifest in the flesh, and although the saints have the Spirit, they do not have it in the same context as Jesus.
The saints have partial attributes from God,and their deity is not the Spirit.
Jesus has the Spirit without measure, for it pleased the Father that in Him,all fulness should dwell, and He is the fulness of the Godhead bodily, which the saints can never attain to that.
Jesus is the only human being to be conceived by the Spirit, where the saints receive the Spirit later, and are adopted in to the kingdom, for we are not on an equal level with Jesus, and the Bible says that Jesus dwells in the light, which no man can approach unto, whom no man has seen, and no man will ever see,for Jesus is the invisible God,showing a bodily manifestation of Himself.
We cannot look at our self as equal to Jesus, for He is God manifest in flesh, for nobody else can have that, for the Spirit dwells in us,but the Spirit is not our deity.
Exodus 7:1
And the LORD said unto Moses,
See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh:
and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.
God made Moses a god?
That is amazing.
That is not what that means, that Moses is a god,in the sense that you think it means, but God gave Moses authority to go before Pharaoh, and because of what Moses said, and the LORD did, caused Pharaoh to think of Moses as mighty, for Pharaoh was wearing down, and even asked Moses to ask God to forgive him, after some of the plagues.
Also it is a small g for god,and God said there was no God formed before Him,and there shall be no God formed after Him,and said,is there a God,beside Me,yea, there is no God,I know not any.
Besides God said He does not give His glory to another, and He is the almighty, and the truth is being a god, means nothing, for what is that to God.God will always be the greatest, and most powerful of all His creation, and He is above the body of Christ,so it does not matter how powerful God makes His saints.
God can make the saints to hurl a planet through the air for a million miles, but what is that to God,He is still the greatest, and there is no enemies to conquer when we are with God,for Jesus whipped them all.
When we are with God,it makes no difference whether we can bench press a planet, for 1000 reps,or we barely have any strength to lift a 10 pound weight, for God is still the greatest, and the saints would not have to use that power against any enemies, for there is none, and God can defeat all enemies.
So it does not matter the ability of the saints when they are with God,for it does not apply to anything.
But some people think,oh God,is going to make us like gods, but what does it matter,it means nothing, because having great power as a saint cannot be applied to anything, for no matter how great we are,God is still greater, and there is no where to apply that power anyway. We can be as weak as a bug,or strong as Thor, and it would not matter,it would not make a difference.
