I decided to do a little experiment and I didn't listen to any news since I went to the Trump rally. My impression of him was quite different than what you get with the sound bites on the msm.

Anyway, I only looked at what people here had to say about Trump. They were mostly things like scam artist, demagogue, liar, phony....pretty much things you would hear on radio or from pundits who dislike him. Just curious as to what people listen to in regards to Mr. Trump and what kind of info ya'll seek out on him.

Where do you get the info that's stored in your head about him and has it become automatic? It's an honest question and one I'll force no one to answer honestly and objectively. :)

I have to be dead honest here. Everything I know about him is from the media, and from people getting all their information from the media.

I don't watch any media on national television there is nothing I can learn about in the last 22 years I've never listened to it but I've watched it without sound on I get a clearer message on their message to the public. I listen to independant news media dedicated to telling it like it is. Thankfully these radio shows are posted on youtube daily. Michael Rivero hosts whatreallyhappened.com and his videos can be found on youtube on Ron Gibson's youtube channel along with Michael Savage, and Alex Jones too. Another great source of news is The Drudge Report. And not to mention I watch Donald Trump at his rallies on youtube as well.

When people make claims that he said this or said that, I tend to type whatever it is he did or said into google's search engine or in the youtube search bar. Unfortunately for Trump, the vast majority of accusations are easily verified and documented.

When a new criticism or accusation of Trump surfaces, I don't automatically assume it's true, even if they are right the majority of the time. I always try to fact check before believing.

From several sources. Any one seeking as much truth as possible about a Candidate should seek out every possible source of information on that Candidate. Read it, digest it, sift through for the kernels of truth, and put them all together to come to whatever conclusion one reaches concerning said Candidate.

What is MOST TELLING for me are the WORDS and ACTIONS of the Candidate themselves. People can't fake, misrepresent, or misreport what a Candidate is ON RECORD saying/doing.

With Trump (and all the other Candidates) there is a plethora of audio/video evidence to sift through that ONLY THE CANDIDATE themselves are responsible for, and it amuses me when he/she/they whine and cry about how badly the Media treats them.

I tend to listen to what he has to say, from the horse's mouth. I've watched his speeches on YouTube. I still think he's a scam artist, a phony, a dangerous person, a manipulator and a gigantic corporate brown-noser and bigot.

I think many of the same words also apply to Hillary Clinton, but Trump edges out as the worst choice. Even many, many Republicans dislike him. It's admittedly going to be a very poor couple of Presidential candidates this time round, moreso than at any other point in my lifetime.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has expressed admiration for Russian President Vladimir Putin, North Korean president Kim Jong Un and other international “big men” who have seized and wielded power while trampling over human rights and the judicial and criminal justice system. Throughout his relentless march to the Republican presidential nomination this year, Trump has at times shocked his audiences with his anything-goes assault on long cherished government norms and legal protections. He vowed to roundup and deport 11 million illegal immigrants despite an array of due process and constitutional barriers that might block such an enterprise. He escalated his feud with ...Read more

All politicians have to have some level of ability to manipulate and some level of narcissism, but more than any other democratic country, I think the US has an election process where entertainment value and shock factor have value at the polls. Central and Western European countries don't tend to have this so much. Candidates who aren't wealthy, can still get elected to office here. Jeremy Cornyn, our current Labour party leader and head of the Opposition to Parliament, lives in a small ex-council house, yet he heads the biggest political party in the country. You wouldn't get that in America. In the US it's much more of a case of wealth equals might, and might equals right. And I think it shows, when the leading candidate is a multi-billionaire with absolutely no idea what it's like to be a normal person living near the breadline.

I mean sure, America has had some utterly fantastic presidents from both parties. Lincoln, was famously a Republican (although they took on a very different flavour back then), and not all have been filthy rich. But in my lifetime, Presidents have tended to be progressively more wealthy and campaigns have become progressively more expensive. And I think Trump is the epitome of the flaws of that system. He should be a wake up call that it's time for electoral reform.

Frequented an island where underage girls were brought in as toys, Was a known coke head and assaulted dozens of women etc etc. Salt of the earth right there. lol

Don't get me wrong.... as an entertainer i.e. The Apprentice I loved watching the show and the You're Fired! I think he is highly entertaining. But as the leader of an already great country....he is a very bad choice.

You can't have someone say whatever they want to anyone they want because there are red buttons to be pushed that will obliterate a lot of people. I have watched The Donald say things about different people that I don't have to have it reported to me by the media.

I have seen more than one person detail their dealings with The Donald and he is not as assure of himself as he comes across to the general public.

Not a great example of a family man unless you count being married several times a plus.

Was going to have a Trump Tower/Building in Tampa and lots of people lost thousands of dollars because it never came about... Then later The Donald says he wasn't really behind the build he just let someone use his name.... So tough luck for people who put down deposits...

He has declared business bankruptcy several times. This stuff can be searched out. How is he going to financially help America if he can't keep his own stuff straight? Still haven't seen a tax return....that is probably bloated... or maybe IRS knows more about the crooked dealings than we do and that is why he is being audited all the time?

All Republicans should check out how long The Donald was a Democrat.....people don't really change the way they think inside they just change party affiliation so they can run for President....

Again....great entertainment....not someone I want as my fearless, big mouthed leader.

Terrible choices for President this go round

I was watching something and he said these words in a interview, and it was that he doesn't not need to ask Christ for forgiveness even though he is a Christian, that bother me right out of the gate, I don't know it didn't set well in my stomach. Hiliary Clinton is horrible I think she should be in prison for her crimes.

He said he's never done anything to ask forgiveness for........and, he no longer pretends to be a Christian.........so we won't be seeing much of his Mother's Bible until the General Election is in full swing.

Then, expect to see him pulling it out for photo ops while he attacks Clinton........

I didn't vote for Clinton however our economy was in pretty decent shape but he was in office. I have interacted with enough Trumpers to see the kind of people who are voting for him. Most of them are truly disgusting people

People like that seems like I can smell em coming before they get here.

To some, the smell of life and to others like myself, the smell of death.
