Maybe a debate doesn't need to be equated to a punch in the throat?

Maybe?

Maybe we can dial it back a bit and relax?

Or... did I just punch you in the throat again?

This is all very violent and confusing for me.

Just honest. You don't like my honesty? I've sat in on and participated in many conversations with men that sounded just like you...who were there because they were the ones throwing the punches. I think I've caused you to sin. You better repent so God takes you back under his wing.

It should be to hope to be saved everyday..

it should be to once saved and once again..

I hope you can see this ? then we can move on.
Well,salvation is a covenant.

I think God is well able to keep us. And so the weight of the covenant, thankfully,is with God.

We humanoids, however, have a part in it. So it is forever debated, can one depart. Apparently so,but it would take a whole, whole lot.

Just my opinion, from the verses that allude to it.

Hi all im sure theres many scriptures with a little bit of imagination we can prove that people have been saved more than once.

For instance Jesus rid a guy of 2000 demons and warned the guy beware for they can come back,, meaning Jesus was prepared to save him again.

Now for the Good part please post your scriptures of chidren of God in the Bible being saved again :)
The prodigal son. He was safe with the father, then left the father and was not safe (or spiritually dead), but then he came back to the father and was safe/alive once again. The Father said "my son was dead but now he is alive."

It is: Get saved, then stay saved. If you left, come back, and remain faithful till the end. If you leave, you are no longer in a safe state of being. If your hand is cut off from your body, it no longer can have blood flow through it- therefore it will die, even though it was once alive. But if you reattach it before it dies, then it is safe once again. In the same way, Christ's blood (which saves us) flows through His body (the church). If you leave the body you are no longer safe.

The Bible says that life is in the blood- both physically and spiritually. And Jesus says "I tell you the truth, unless you eat of the flesh of the Son of Man, and drink His blood, you have no life in you." (The Lord's Supper upon the first day of the week, in the assembly of Christians).

The prodigal son made a decision to come back, but it is possible to make a decision not to come back to God- and therefore once saved does not guarantee always saved. YOU have to remain faithful till the end. God will not leave you, but you can leave Him, so don't.

Suffering for Righteousness

18For Christ also suffered for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body, but made alive in the spirit,

19in which He also went and preached to the spirits in prison20who disobeyed long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah, while the ark was being built. In the ark a few people, only eight souls, were saved through water.…

Here we have 8 people being saved and many being sent to prison who had disobeyed.. now please correct me if im wrong but to disobey God means they knew what they where doing meaning God did try to save them befor they disobeyed (its that simple)...

He then put them in prison untill he came again and saved them again..on the flip side 8 people didnt need to be saved again because once saved always saved was true in there case.... (but i stress not in everybodies case...

If you could lose salvation befor the days of redemption why would God put your spirit in prison and then set you free..

I mean there would be no need to put you in prison he would just exercute you meaning banish you for ever..

The convenant is a promise and a new way. a convenant is a deal.

If you break it you have an advocate with the father. where he may save you again or he may not

Now i dont want you to think you could lose it but rather hope that you dont my friend :)..
Now there are many way you can lose your freedom (Grace)... but not salvation for you know and i know there is only one sin that can make you lose salvation..

Now witht that said i think its a matter of time how much time you can serve in the spiritual prison world.. (me i think its time when the spirit in prison realises how much they miss which is the love of God.... then God hears his call from prison and sets them free.. (saved again)......

A blessing to a curse

A Blessing and a Curse
25"No man will be able to stand before you; the LORD your God will lay the dread of you and the fear of you on all the land on which you set foot, as He has spoken to you. 26"See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse: 27the blessing, if you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God, which I am commanding you today;…

so if you keep the faith until the end,,,(he that endureth to the end shall be saved....

28and the curse, if you do not listen to the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside from the way which I am commanding you today, by following other gods which you have not known.
