Not only this, but muslims are also the main force murdering Christians all over the world.... islam is truly very antichristian in its nature, both in teaching and fruit.
in the last 50 years Muslims have killed about fifty thousand. Christian nations have killed about ten million. they are not in the same league as us when it comes to death and destruction.

Oh, come on man : p Do you take debate lessons from Muslims? Haha.

The Muslims who kill in the name of allah do so according to Muhammads commands. They do it with faith that they are doing the will of allah, and that he is pleased by them. It is an act of faith by individuals.

Nations attacking other nations are done so in the name of advancement for that nation. Even if the majority of people in the nation are Christian, it is not equal to a people of faith acting out in their faith.

These two things are just not equal : p

Beliefs are not people.
mj007 has been holding a grudge against me probably ever since he defended a pervert asking men to write so they could discuss sexual matters. I was one of the women who was repeatedly attacked and falsely accused of all manner of things because I said that any woman coming to a Christian website and asking men to PM her so they could talk about sex raises a red flag. mj007 accused me and others of many false things, presenting his imaginings as if they were facts when they were simply his delusions.

He did tell us how delusional some people are and it is true they are, those libtards as you call them, the ones that want to pretend that democracy and Islam can co-exist. I think he went a bit far in some of his other adjectives, which, when I reflected them back to him, I was called hateful and angry for, while he was petted and stroked and defended by my haters. LOL.
I cry for the state of man; I ache at the achievements of evil; I pray everyone rejoices in Jesus' Name. Yet be that as it may, we are in the midst of spiritual warfare, and I'd rather have you and your passion by my side than Muslim apologists with their cookies. Bottom line is, I'm a saint for grace, but a warrior for justice.

Thank you brother Potter. It got pretty disjointed very fast in that thread, due to the repeated misrepresentations of people like mj007. I stood by my saying it was inappropriate for the OP to ask men to PM her to talk about sexual matters, and defended other women whom I agreed with and were agreeing with me, because they were being unfairly attacked as well, and mj007 repeatedly attacked me viciously for it, told a bunch of lies about those with whom he disagreed, and then said he was going to put me on ignore. Ah, such a blessing in disguise to be ignored by the likes of him :)

Do you have facts and figures? Comparing fifty years of history to the full extent of recorded history hardly seems balanced... is that what you did?

i have met many Muslims and none tried to kill me in the name of Allah.
i dont think they attack in the name of Allah, i think it has more to do with them being surrounded by US military bases and their cities full of women and children being bombed every day.

how many military bases in the US from Muslim countries?

Yes I remember that thread, and as always you handled it well and scripturaly.
Some here find it hard to think that hate in a christian life is right. Clearly the scriptures tells us to love but is it to love all things?
We are to hate the things that God hates are we not. This whole Islamic movement is opposing God 100 percent. It is anti Christ to say the least. Those that endorse this way of thinking even have to go against the moral concept that they were born with.
When ww2 was over the British, American, and Russian leaders that stood in Berlin could not believe there ears as they addressed the German people. They asked the German people for a witness to the atrocities that they saw. They replied what atrocities, there were none.
The woman and men were then given a shovel to dig for the bodies. The woman were to stack bricks from the bomb out buildings to reuse in the rebuilding.
Weeks of silence went by as this work detail was carried out. None more than a handful were said to have any remorse as the fallen soldiers and Jews were recovered.
The British, Russian, and American officers that were in charge of this detail were speechless.

Imo we all have a moral compass. When we go and defy the boundaries of that compass we are less than human. We have given ourselves over to seducing spirits and are fit for the fire.

[TABLE="class: quran-table, width: 675"]
[TR]
[TD="class: quran-cell"]Why Islamic Terrorists Commit Attacks
- In Their Own Words

"I am one of the servants of Allah. We do our duty of fighting for the sake of the religion of Allah. It is also our duty to send a call to all the people of the world to enjoy this great light and to embrace Islam and experience the happiness in Islam...

"Our primary mission is nothing but the furthering of this religion."

Osama bin Laden, May 1998

Aside from pursuing mass murder plots against innocent populations in every corner of the planet, Islamic terrorists have one other thing in common: They credit their motivation and success to religion.

Islam isn't hijacked by extremists - it is what inspires them. This distinguishes Islamic terrorism from mere criminal activity, and it is part of what makes Islam so very, very different from other religions.

Many people prefer to bury their heads in the sand or look for ways to re-cast Islamic terror to fit their own political agenda, but the fact is that violent Muslims are quite explicit about the religious certainty that compels their actions.

As far as Islamic terrorists are concerned, their acts are done explicitly in the name of Allah and for the cause of Islam and Islamic rule... across the globe.

Is America truly a "Christian nation"? That gets bandied about quite a bit doesn't it? Eight of the last ten years were under Obama, a Muslim LOLOLOL. Hey, here is an interesting page on the religious orientation of your nation :) http://www.alternet.org/story/155985/5_reasons_america_is_not_--_and_has_never_been_--_a_christian_nation/

sort of. Christianity is the mainstream religion. if you study history the religion always plays a key role in the agenda of the nation. a king can not rule without the support of the priest. so a bad king just gets a bad priest, kinda like king Herod and Caiaphas.
IMO its more like a Christian nation in a fallen state.

Believe it or not Christianity is not considered by law a religion.

I for one have had several brilliant conversations with Muslims and
prayed with them!

You would be surprised by how many Muslims are disillusioned
with their religion and how many hunger for the truth.

Older Muslims especially seem to understand Islam does not satisfy. They have
lived under the rules and opression a long time and yet still search for the truth.

Younger muslim are the hardest to reach, they are still young and full of
ideals, but older Muslims have seen it all and still feel restless and hunger for
something else. They dont have the answers but we do. At a minimum we should
be prepared to give an answer to those who ask, whatever we may think.
Just wanted to add, I find it easier to witness to Muslims than atheists - the good
starting point is we both believe in God. Plus the sun tan helps. :)

Several times i get taxis back and forth, many taxi drivers are Asian in my city.
When I say I'm going to church, they are really surprised and start asking questions.
Thats all it takes!

There was one man in his late 50s, as soon as I told him I was going to church, he
started asking me about the bible, I can't remember what the right name for it is. But
he said he was a leader in his local mosque and he felt there was something missing.

We got to church and ended up sat outside for 20 mins telling him about the early books
of the bible, Garden of Eden, Abraham, in the beginning was the word. Then book of
John, the word was God - was Jesus.

He said Muslims believe the first five books of the bible. Wow an amazing place to start
when witnessing to Muslims or what! They have a little truth - give them the rest!

I asked if he wanted me to pray for him - Me a mere woman pray for a man who leads his
mosque! He said yes so we spent a little time in his taxi praying outside of church. I did the
praying and I prayed in the name of Jesus. He was almost crying.

This is just one of the many conversations I've had over the years. He had a hunger
to know the truth. What if I'd just thought - oh he is evil, he wants to kill me really,
dont bother with him. What a missed opportunity that would have been.

Miri, this testimony brought joy up my heart! I love that you were sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and the hunger this Muslim had to hear the truth of Jesus, when faced with the emptiness and bankruptcy of Islam!

I don't have those opportunities in my life. I live in community with hardly any Muslims, although there are many unbelievers! So maybe I am not looking hard enough!

You have to aptly demonstrated what I was trying to say with my clumsy words. God bless you, and I pray God will open many more doors for you to witness and bring people to Christ from many different backgrounds!
