This scripture verse does not teach that the Holy Bible is the sole authority for Christians in matters of faith and morals.
Is there something outside of the Bible that we are supposed to adhere to besides to act Christlike, which is to represent goodness.
We cannot get better at faith and morals than the Bible, for if everybody in the world followed the Bible, and teachings, there would not be fighting on earth, even in the least sense, all people would have their needs met,and all equal in prosperity.

Gal 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Gal 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

It does not get any better than the Bible when it comes to faith and morals, for what book,or religion, can compare unto something that is perfect in faith and morals. The Bible says believe on Jesus, and act like Jesus representing goodness, and it does not get any better than that, for God's word is truth, and the final authority for faith and morals, not a teaching from somewhere else.
