Well you have to know about taking photos and how light affects the picture, here's some info on that.

But those pictures weren't taken from the moon so the moon video is irrelevant.

Has it simply not occurred to you that these picture were taken from different distances form the planet?
You wouldn't be able to see the entire "planet" at the same time if the photo on the right showed the true size of North America, to make it as large as the photo on the left you would be too close to see the entire "planet".

No Wrong. You wouldn't be able to see the entire "globe" at the same time if It was a distance issue. I said to compare it in proportion to the entire "globe"
How do you know have you done a trail run in space? no your just coming up with any ol answer.

The universe is fractal. I know what happens to the proportions of the images on a ball if they are taken at different distances.

Give me a scientific or technological explanation.
You do realize that the angle of view is different... right? Rotate it into the same position and the difference will disappear.

Well I didn't think for a second you would agree... :)

Is the moon fake as well? You know it "grows" during a full moon right? is that just scientists putting drugs in our food making us hallucinate?

(Actually, it is because of where on the horizon we see the full moon, and the curvature of the earth, and how light bends so create the illusion of it being bigger / nearer)

You can't distinguish CGI from reality.....right?

Are you "rich" enough to buy a telescope for a home use?

If you are, you can watch other planets and see their shape.

It you will discover some huge conspiracy, take your proofs to a bulvar media and you will become a very famous person.

When you look at those pictures, do you believe they are real?
Where are the fake moon landing pictures, you know the place they faked the landing, are there any photos of that.

And surely many have been waiting for the flat earth society to produce their own real flat earth photos. Humorous how they use nasa photos to push their flat earth theories.

What does that have to do with you unable to comprehend the proportion of the United States on CGI images?

You need the same angle and the same light and time to compare them. What is so hard to understand about it... cant you also see the difference in the proportion of the South America?

The angle is different.

If these images were real, which they are not, the distance to make NA that large on the photo on the left would be too close to see the entire "globes" circular outline at the same time.

You can't understand you are looking at CGI so your logic has become delusional to defend what your eyes are seeing.

Proportion shouldn't change.. I agree these photos are horrendous..
Yea photo shop can do all kinds of things to photos, like zoom in chop it up make a circle around what's left then place it next to another photo of the same thing and lo and behold the earth looks different, these conspiracy nuts will do anything to push the it.

Why?

I've seen videos like that before, saying the reason you don't see stars is because of light saturation from the surface of the moon. Why are you posting moon videos? Those satelite pictures aren't taken from the moon. The moon is irrelevant.

How can telescopes supposedly take pictures of stars billions of miles away, yet not around the earth?

Now that we're in agreement, go ahead and explain how a matching size, side by side comparison of 2 clearly edited artistic impressions of earth have wildly different proportions of land masses? I honestly feel worried for some people to give an answer like 'they were taken from different distances'. Really?
