Why did God forgive them and allow these men to write the bible?

Im all for preaching the truth,straight forwardly. But the church is a hospital where the sick come to meet Jesus the healer. No one should feel hopeless in sin,left with no answer. An old hymn was sung at every Billy Graham Crusade, it goes as follows...

I'm going to talk in the flesh, or as carnal right now, but even those that are not saved in this world detest such an action. I kinda believe that God wrote it on every person's heart or instilled it in our souls as filthy, and that maybe why it is an abomination. Even the ungodly cannot tolerate it.
Simple answer, these men repented of their sins and did not continue to go on living that way. they accepted God and gave up their old sinful life .You cannot continue in such a life style and expect God to forgive you. AFTER ALL GOD IS THE ONE YOU ARE FIGHTING AGAINST, His laws were passed down to the believers, like Father, like Son.

like being blind for example. Every single one of us is born with a
different trait. No 2 of us is the same. Science has shown without a doubt
that gay people are born that way. When the Bible was put together anything
that was not considered normal was assumed to be demonic. At that time they
didn't have the wherewithal so any person with the smallest of malfunction where
not allowed to even step into the temple. So while those words were written for
the times with all the information they had which wasn't much. Of course in past
times black people were not allowed in a white person's church cuz they weren't
their status quo. I am not gay, never was and never will be. My point is let's
internalise the entire message of the scripture and not just find a word or a verse
here or there and hang everything on it. Maybe we could as ourselves, if Jesus
was born in this era, would He have precluded the unclean from coming to the
door of the church. Not trying to upset the apple cart cuz i know this is controversial
but it would be worthwhile to think about and not just repeat the status quo answer.

- Divorced people
- People with a criminal past
- Liars
- Addicts
- People who struggle with jealousy and/ or anger
- Unfaithful people
Now how many of us can claim not to be guilty of one or more of those (repeatedly!) ?
We should be letting them ALL know the bible says your actions are wrong, but God is love, and He will help you fight it.

Amen...all the works of the flesh bring destruction of some sort to all of us from living a homosexual lifestyle to exhibiting malice and the slandering of others in the body of Christ. We "Christians" love to point out the sins of others that we personally have not ever done.
We can be such hypocrites because we too can end up doing a work of the flesh such as the slandering of others - which a person that is caught in the deception of homosexual living may not ever do.
I am vehemently against all the works of the flesh as they bring destruction to us in some form or other. ( I have to say this every time as there are always some that say I am defending homosexuality and "sinning" which is complete foolishness )
Let's learn to walk by the Spirit and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh to do "it's" desires and grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Fourth, she needs to be explained that we, as Christians, treat homosexuality in the same manner of any other sexual perversion. That we view sex between male/female outside the covenant of marriage as morally wrong. Then explain how the institution of marriage was set up by God to be solely betwixt male and female. And that any sex outside of marriage is a sin and also morally wrong. Then show her Leviticus 23 and how God views it, and also Genesis 19 and how God has handled it.
Then go throughout the NT and show how the family is arranged as father, mother and children, how the father's and mother's play their roles in raising their children. Explain that nowhere in the bible is a male/male or female/female relationship given instructions on how to raise children.
And then to show them that God said to 'be fruitful and multiply' is only done in male/female relations.
