Vary well said. I also follow that line of understanding, Just was not sure how to place it out there. Now I don't need to worry about it. LOL May I please have your permission to print what you posted? Asa we have had this discussion in the past, (not on here rather with family), the way you lay it out is much better than I ever did.

I am looking forword to have a lot of open discussion with you my friend, I see there may be a lot to learn.
Welcome, and my your time here be blessed.
Of course you may. But if anyone says to you that they have read something similar, which was written by 'The Tongue,' or 'Gentorev,' don't worry too much about it, as they are my user names on other forums.

There are time that I go to Google in search for information on some certain subject, only to find there, one of my posts, which I had previously written on the particular subject.

Thank HaShem for kids, they may say the darndest tings at times,, yet they know more than we give them credit for.

Thank you for letting me print that. I am sure this Sabbath it will bring up some new ideas, and who knows, we may save the world. Rhiiight!!!!

I posted this on the tread I started, ( The truth Behind the Law) yet I would love more input if you don't mind. Zac. talks of the 1000 years, in it we find,
Zec 14:16 ¶And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
Zec 14:17 And it shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, on them there will be no rain.

From this I have 2 things I wish to ask.

1 To what end do think we will keep the feast in that age?

2 Why would anyone in the age, sin, and not want to go spend time with Yeshua?
Any ideas on that one? I only have one.

The feast as we know them have more meaning than we have understanding, so they will be used as a teaching tool as they are in my house today.
The nations that fought Israel, are the nations that had turned their live over to Satan, and even though Satan is looked away for this time frame, their love of him simply keeps going. I also think they will keep teaching their kids about Islam. Any of that ring true, or am I blowing smoke up my leg?

No, 'WE' can never save the world. There is only one who saves the species of mankind, not each individual, but the body of mankind.

After The Day of the Lord, which is the Great Sabbath of one thousand years, the seventh day from the first day in which Adam ate of the forbidden fruit and died in that day at the age of 930, fire will descend from heaven and incinerate all physical life forms on this planet, fulfilling the prophecy of the Lord through his prophet Zephaniah 1: 2-3; The Lord said, “I am going to destroy everything on earth. All human beings and animals, birds, and fish. I will bring about the down fall of the wicked. I will destroy all mankind, and no survivors will be left. I, the Lord, have spoken.!8; “On the day when the Lord shows his fury, not even all their silver and gold will save them. The whole earth will be destroyed by the fire of his anger. He will put an end---a sudden end---to everyone who lives on earth.

From the book of Enoch the prophet; 1: 3-8; The Holy one will come forth from his dwelling, and the eternal God will tread upon the earth, even on Mt Sinia, and will appear from his camp in the strength of his might from the heaven of heavens. And all shall be smitten with fear, and the watchers shall quake and great fear and trembling shall seize them unto the ends of the earth.

And the high mountains shall be shaken and the high hills shall be made low and shall melt like wax before the flame. And the earth shall be wholly rent asunder, and all that is upon the earth shall perish and there shall be a judgment upon all men,but with the righteous he shall make peace, and will protect the elect, his chosen, etc.

During the thousand years of peace, and knowing the cataclysmic event that awaits the earth and with the great wealth paid as tribute by the nations of the earth, a genetic bank [The Ark] of all earths life forms will be created and sent to a place of safety, from where they can later be retrieved to repopulate the earth when it is again capable of sustaining Life.

When all physical life forms on this planet has been incinerated, the elect and chosen who, as Paul says, at the sound of the last trumpet, shall be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, from bodies of corruptible matter into glorious bodies of brilliant and blinding light, will be caught up to heaven to sit with Jesus=Enoch in the throne of Godhead to the entire creation visible and invisible, and it is He, who, when the time is right, and all the infrastructure for the sustainability for mankind has been restored on the earth, will say; “And now, let us make man in our image.”

Enoch the Christ, who was anointed by the Most High in the creation, to stand before his face and serve God before the body of Adam into all eternity, says in 108: 11-13; “And now I will summons the spirits of the good who belong to the generation of light, and I will transform those who were born in darkness, who, in the flesh were not recompensed with such honour as their faithfulness deserved. And I will bring forth in shining light those who have loved My holy name (Who I Am,) and I will seat each one on the throne of his honour. And they shall be resplendent for times without number.”

“Under the guidance of Jupiter (Planet) man prepares, by means of religious exercises, for the journey to the life beyond (the human existence) and he attains rest under the influence of Saturn.” (Basra Encyclopaedia), --- De Boer, Philosophy in Islam, p, 88.

“The world being melted and re-entered into the bosom of Jupiter, this God continues for some time totally concentered in himself: . . . afterwards we see a new world spring from him, perfect in all its parts; animals are produced anew; an innocent race of man is formed under more favourable auspices, in order to people this earth.” – Seneca, Epist, 9, and Qucest. Nat. L. 3, c, ult.

So some have said one day some count as holy and some another. These people who are keeping Sabbath day are keeping it according to more than two traditions. One follows the moon and another the Sanhedrin and yet another other traditional times. Most of christiandom however doesn't teach Sabbath or the festivals of Messiah. Most teach to follow some made up doctrine and nullify the commands and teach it's what is right. If you are following the literal meaning you must stay with that in order to understand the spiritual meaning. That's just elementary. So keep God's Sabbath day and not man's doctrine because they want you to follow them not God and Messiah. Grandpa to answer your question about how I keep telling you... I don't gain salvation I'm participating in the sanctification through applying the eye salve, garment, and gold of the word of Elohim. You say I'm working at the law however you failed to heed this message... Show me your faith by the way you live and I'll show you mine. There is no longer condemnation for me in Messiah yahshua but for those outside Messiah they only see a curse for keeping the Law. So unless Paul also was under a curse as well as Messiah who hung on a tree you have not a valid argument for not guarding Sabbath by not working on it. In stead you are following man's tradition and nullify the whole law by that tradition of no Sabbath day and are not a part of the promise because in effect have never trusted Messiah because you don't trust in the one who sent him. Or don't you know Messiah returns for a bride without blemish or spot. How can this be when you teach rebellion against the Sabbath day still in effect making Messiah a liar and blaspheming Elohim?

Do your self a favor and don't forget the Sabbath day to keep it Holy and you will find rest for the soul. Peace to you all from my Master who I would not have known love for you.
I have been spit at, made fun of, trampled under feet, and more. Not to boast about it at all, rather to show you how my Master Yahshua the Messiah has filled himself in my innermost man and can do and wants to for all mankind. The goal of the race my peers is not to have eternal life or prosperity now. It has always been about how to live to receive those blessings and more. Being a member of the body of Messiah as scripture puts it is being a member of the house of Elohim and as such YHWH's Kingdom.
Haven't we all heard seek first the Kingdom? Well as such the very first time Elohim gave them a gift it was Sabbath. Later we are given the feast days of Elohim which may have already been known of and Israel needed to be reminded. They where stubborn and you now may be stubborn. Don't harden your Heart like they did and not enter His Sabbath. So the warning my friends is what I get for people who have rejected the Word of Elohim for their own way and continue in blaspheming the name. When it says don't harden your Heart... It is referring to the Judgment in Egypt and another to come. And the literal meaning is don't reject or forget the Sabbath day. Also a mystery I believe is mentioned in this scripture that study of scripture as a whole reveals. Loving Elohim with all your Heart, Mind, and Strength is all inclusive like that. As well as your neighbor as yourself. Shalom in Messiah John Talmid

Colossians 2: 16; The weekly Sabbath is but a shadow of the reality which lays in the future, so let no one make rules about your keeping of the Sabbath and don't allow yourself to be condemned by anyone who claims to be superior etc.

If you don't believe Paul, then do not quote from the words of the chosen apostle of Jesus of Nazareth.

Yet when one follows that the Sabbath or the Law has been removed, they do follow rules made by man.

Hi S-Word, nice to meet you here. I was just wondering what makes you think that this is talking about the 7th Day Sabbath from God's 10 commandments?

God bless you

PS
Have you considered the context of this verse and what the rest of the Word of God says on the subject? Does this verse say that we no longer need to keep God's 7th Day Sabbath? I am interested to hear what you have to say.

God bless you

It seems to me that if one is going to find out about the Sabbath then one should start at the beginning of the Sabbath an follow it through, rather than ignore the beginning and start near the end and make assumptions.

So for those who would like to do that, here is the first instance of the 7th day being apart found in scripture:

Gen 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

So the question is simple, what can we learn from this before we move on to other texts concerning the 7th day rest.

You don't honestly believe that the 6 days of creation and the 7th day of rest, were literally 24 hour days do you?

Exo_20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Exo_31:17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

It was not until the 4th creative day that the sun, by which we count out 24 hour days was even created, so how long were the previous 3 creative days?

Is this a serious question?

The texts don't change because of your question they still say the same thing: "Six days"

your question was answered before you asked it.

A day is a period of darkness followed by an equal period of light, A day on the North pole is 6 months of darkness followed by 6 months of Darkness. No two planets have a day which is equal to another. Our ancient ancestors, believe that this period of universal activity (Light) came out of Darkness (Night) , and returns to the darkness.

But if you wish to believe that this boundless cosmos was created in 144 earthly hours, then that is your god given right. But I don't think that you will be able to deceive your children into believing as you appear to believe.

Yes you can also believe what you want, For me I base my belief on what God did by His word.

Clearly you do not, so I fail to see any value in us discoursing this topic any further.
