Actually i'm amazed you're taking sides at all. None of the involved are right. No matter if you're someones friend or not. There are no victims here.

Sorry Ugly the truth is people do take sides, and all involved do feel they are right.
People will take sides with those that they agree with.

The problem is people will feel a victim. The issue is how people respond.
That is what the problem is.

There is a difference between discussion and slagging.
Those who feel they have been slagged may feel victimised.

I do believe scripture say liars have their part in the Lake of Fire.

2 major words here:

WE, indicating christians.

IF, indicating we have a choice.

"if" "we" keep His commandments

OSAS did not even exist until the 1,500's. It took Calvin to make it up.
So all the other theologians until Calvin were wrong according to those who believe in eternal security.
HOW anyone could even think this is truly odd to me.

Doubtful I tend to believe the words eternal and everlasting as applied unto saved, life, justified, sanctified as well as all of the promises of Jesus like...he will never leave us or forsake us, he will finish what he started, he will not lose anything, he begins and finishes our faith, we are in the Father's hand, in Christ's hand, sealed with the Spirit of PROMISE ETC....Keep thinking you keep yourself saved and a bad day is coming for you!

The Kingdome begins in salvation and continues in salvation because the Kingdom starts here and ends in heaven.

The other statement you made is that it is a a transaction that cannot be undone.

A Kingdom is not a transaction. It's a place.
You can stay there as long as you follow the rules.

If you don't adhere to the rules, will God allow you to stay in the Kingome?
NO!

But everything else you said is right on.

I didn't say the Kingdom was a transaction. It may have seemed a little ambiguous, I was trying to say, "it", meaning the receiving of the free gift of the Holy Spirit, not "it" as the Kingdom of heaven.

Having the Holy Spirit as a guide, removes any necessity for these so called rules.

Only one problem with this statement.....it is not fully correct....we (those who believe the bible is clear on salvation being by grace, through faith without works added) fully understand that when someone states that works are NECESSARY to gain or keep salvation that they are pushing a dogma that has no power and that is false.....Galatians 1 and 3

By believing we are grafted in to the root becoming branches that bear fruit. Is the branch grafting itself in and bearing its own fruit or is all credit to He that grafts and the Root itself?
