John 10:27
My sheep hear my voice,
and I know
[Greek ginoskō] them,
and they follow me:
It's very nice indeed to know that:
- you hear Jesus' voice
- you do the will of the Father (thus Jesus knows you)
- you follow Jesus (by keeping/obeying His commandments)

Keep up the good work, as they say.

Rainrider,
Please tell me why NT passages such as those in the OP do NOT apply to you?

World-famous evangelist/missionary T. L. Osborne found it
necessary to research the NT word “believe”, and he came to
the conclusion that it means “to believe, trust in, and obey”.
To reconcile the NT word “believe” with the rest of the NT,
it is ridiculous to think that it does not include obedience.
(Not only that, but it must mean until the end of one’s life!)

By reading my post you will find that they do. In fact, I stand on their teaching, and have spent my life in the study of the Word. That does include the Torah. I do my best to observe the Feast, minus the Sacrifices, As well as following any of the 613 Laws and commandments of the Tanahk, and the 1065 Laws and commandments in the NT.
I understand this does not answer your question as to why they do not, so let me just say, Many of the Laws in the Torah apply to the Jewish people only, some apply only to women, some to the Levites, and other to the Temple Priest. So by their definition, or should we say decree, they have nothing to do with Gentile.

Rainrider,
None of the verses in the OP are from the OT.

Do you force the women in your household to camp outside for 7 days during their Menstrual cycles and do you then send them to your Rabbi to inspect them to make sure they are pure?

If you state the hygiene laws are not for today, then you are breaking one of the original 613 and you have broken them all.

As I live a lone, that law would not apply to me.

Messiah kept all the commandments, else He would not have been a spotless sacrifice. Needless to say, not all the commandments pertained to Him, yet He kept the commandments perfectly. How is this possible? Think on that.

What about the day he let his disciples pick wheat on the Sabbath.....or the day he did not vote to stone the woman taken in adultery?

You are playing games with me to continue without clarifying a previous post.
Both my posts were framed as questions....simple yes or no will suffice.........Was it lawful or not to pick wheat on the Sabbath?

Reminds me of the Pharisees holding conference on how to answer Christ:

"If we say yes, it is lawful, then we have nothing and contradict our teachings, showing we're in error."

"And if we say no it is unlawful, then we're against Christ, making him a sinner!"

"Let's answer we don't know!"

"No, let's accuse of playing games and not answer at all!"

Yes...
I'm happy all the churches I went to treated me very poorly. If they hadn't, I would have never had the incentive to understand why they did that. Now I know.
Because iniquity abounds.
Love ain't there.
Now I'm striving to know the real truth on my own.

IT"S WORKIN'!! (smile);)
