Walk trough the valley

Faith produces works.. But doing those works to keep salvation is wrong, and will not save you nor gain you a ticket into heaven.
This statement provides assurance that only those perfect in Love will be saved. "there is no Fear in Love," no doing things with wrong motives of fear. Does your theory provide room for cleansing of wrong motives on the way, I lived in fear of being lost a lot and in pride of achievement as a young Christian, I took pride in hearing the Lord (He was the Father I never had) the Lord told me then: Your gona fall that you may learn to continually repent. After a marriage break was in addiction going from bad to worse and repenting. The Lord had told me: It would be better for you not to have been born than to return to your vomit.
I won't ask what part of recovery work I should not do to be saved. "l can do nothing of my self except what I see the Father doing," helps me with that.

Well, I am physically impaired. Have been since I was 5 years old. I was born with brain damage from lack of oxygen, due to being held back at birth until the doctor arrived to deliver me... But yet, due to other health problems, I'm rarely able to get out and do good works. I do them when I'm able to, and if I can't, then I'm sure God understands why. :)

And why wouldn't a crippled person have the same "capabilities as a fully functioning person"? Maybe they lost both arms or legs in an accident or something, but that doesn't mean they're mentally impaired and incapable of understanding why good works are done.

Maybe it is the crippled, brain-damaged people who can grasp the meaning of the bible better than able-bodied people.. :) And I do NOT mean that as an insult to anyone here who is crippled or otherwise impaired..
You are doing a wonderful work right now. God bless you.

It is my view that we do His will with what ability He gives us. If anything I said offended you it was nto my intent, I meant that someone who is in a wheel chair could not carry a couch to help someone move or something like that. Or a blind person could not do somethings a person with vision could do. They are no less important or special, just being honest. Also you seeking Yah and doing what you can, all of us doing what we can with our ability is an inspiring thing, praiseYah for His people.

Let me clarify something. :) NO ONE is perfect, not one single person. And it isn't my "theory", it is God's fact.. IF you do works only to keep, gain or maintain salvation, then those works are being done for the wrong reason. Likewise, if you realize that you're doing works for the wrong reason and repent of that, then you'll learn what the RIGHT reason for doing works is..

We ALL have pride issues. That shouldn't keep us from doing works for the right reason, though..

I understood your message from the outset as it's a significant illustration of the truth of society, albeit a sad one. We may be impaired in varying different ways beyond our control, but with what we do possess, gifts, talents, skills, abilities and the resources God provides from our environment, there's SO much more we could be doing to bring light to the world, than what we actually bring forth - which is usually nothing but excuses from our flesh instead of faith and action from our spirit.

Hi lady, I had come back to comment that those perfect in Love are eternally secure and are those who have overcome the evil; following Christ in His sufferings, will reign with Him in the first resurrection, to rule with Him for a thousand years, over these the second death has no power, means they are eternally saved. This gives the impression of eternal beings: we shall see Him as He Is for we shall see Him as he is for we shall be like Him. "If we suffer with Him we shall rule with Him." We also know according to the word that this does not aptly to all believers. "If anyone work is burned he will suffer loss yet he himself will be saved but only as through fire. Building with wood represents having affections in this life: not forsaking everyone and everything and our own life to follow the Lord. Not a disciple, not disciplined by the Lord, another verse goes on to say, "We are disciplined by the Lord so that we are not condemned with the world." Gives the impression that those who receive Jesus without following Him, end up saved out of hell, when everyone is released from hell to be judges according to their works.

One of Satan's key tactics is to make us feel guilty and fall into despair because we think that we are not doing enough to please our heavenly Father. What we forget is that He loved us even before we loved Him. He gave His only begotten Son on the cross to save helpless sinners. That's what we all were not so very long ago.

Revelation 12
12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Praise God!

I have heard it said that God looks not upon how much we give, but upon how much we hold back for ourselves.

Luke 21
21:1 And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.
21:2 And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.
21:3 And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:
21:4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

Thanks to Yah for His mercy!

Im not sure what you mean when you say "found in courage"
Courage to be a servant of the Holy One.
Galatians 2New International Version (NIV)

Paul Accepted by the Apostles
2 Then after fourteen years, I went up again to Jerusalem, this time with Barnabas. I took Titus along also. 2 I went in response to a revelation and, meeting privately with those esteemed as leaders, I presented to them the gospel that I preach among the Gentiles. I wanted to be sure I was not running and had not been running my race in vain. 3 Yet not even Titus, who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek. 4 This matter arose because some false believers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves

it's a two-edged sword, Oyster, we will all REAP what we have sown here on earth, and in God's Kingdom,
He makes it quite plain about who and what will be our place in His New Kingdom...
there is always a Godly, Holy, Order for each of us...

Basic salvation. The Amplified gives a more complete understanding of the requirements. Not just believe but trusts in, clings to, and relies on. We all will fall short but we are judged on our accepting Jesus as our savior and attempting to do this.

John 3 AMPC Amplified Classic edition

14 And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert [on a pole], so must [so it is necessary that] the Son of Man be lifted up [on the cross],

15 In order that everyone who believes in Him [who cleaves to Him, trusts Him, and relies on Him] may not perish, but have eternal life and [actually] live forever!

16 For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.

17 For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.

18 He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation—he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.]

19 The [basis of the] judgment (indictment, the test by which men are judged, the ground for the sentence) lies in this: the Light has come into the world, and people have loved the darkness rather than and more than the Light, for their works (deeds) were evil.

20 For every wrongdoer hates (loathes, detests) the Light, and will not come out into the Light but shrinks from it, lest his works (his deeds, his activities, his conduct) be exposed and reproved.
I can see that you do not realize that the Amplified Version, is one of the LEAST FAVORITE BIBLES EVER. The Amplied Version is just a tool that SOMEONE has tried to add his comments to the TEXT, ADDING TO THE WORD OF GOD.

Hear what the word of GOD actually says.

Romans 4:3-5 (HCSB)
[SUP]3 [/SUP] For what does the Scripture say? Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him for righteousness.
[SUP]4 [/SUP] Now to the one who works, pay is not considered as a gift, but as something owed.
[SUP]5 [/SUP] But to the one who does not work, but believes on Him who declares the ungodly to be righteous, his faith is credited for righteousness.

Old Testament and New Testament were saved the SAME WAY as Abraham. They believed GOD would sent a Messiah.

John 14:15 (ESV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

Romans 5:5 (HCSB)
[SUP]5 [/SUP] This hope will not disappoint ⌊us⌋, because God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Our works were prepared by God from before hand that we should walk in them, say's the bible. So why are people mixing their works with the Grace of God. We will have good works because God has prepared them but our good works do not add to the blood sacrifice of Jesus Son of God.

When we add our works to God's free gift of salvation this is what it looks like, (a muddied glass of water) you are making muddy the waters of His grace. So then it is about what you do to "keep your self saved", rather than God's free gift. Works are what God has prepared from before hand that we should "walk in them", apart from Jesus Sacrifice for our eternal salvation. The is no Hypergrace or Freegrace spoken here only the finished work of Jesus and His Name glorified.

Let Jesus and His blood sacrifice be our praise and our song for this coming New Year 2018, as the Apostle Paul said we are all third level galley slaves, under rower's for the Gospel of Christ Jesus.

You cannot mix grace with works or Grace is no longer Grace.

God's Grace mixed with your works..........Saved by Grace, "Not By Works"

our Precious Father will always give us a 'choice', and we WILL REAP from the choices we make...
Grace is our 'choice', and our choice is our GRACE,,.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John3:16. God wants a Love relationship with His Children, not a legalistic follow the law relationship.

Grace plus good works = fig leaf religion. You cannot save yourself nor keep yourself saved, but "God Can"

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge f the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.

But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The Dog Is Turned To His Own Vomit Again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. 2Peter 2:20-22
Who is Peter addressing here?
this conversation had me reading 2 Peter, and i wanted to draw attention to something:

For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.
(2 Peter 2:20)

they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

they have escaped the world by the knowledge of Jesus Christ, Lord and Saviour.

by knowledge of Jesus they have escaped the defilements of the world.

by knowledge of Jesus.
they have escaped.

'
knowledge' is not a physical process. it's not a behaviour. it's not an action that's taken or refrained from.
behaviour is informed by knowledge, but knowledge itself is a spiritual property, not a '
work' - knowledge is a firm form of belief - as faith. they heard, and believed, and by this escaped defilement.

that's pretty awesome, right? how great a Saviour! to know Him is eternal life :)
