Oh is see it was two my bad with all the abbreviations people use these days I assumed it was that. Well regarding the one who works and the one who doesn't that can vary, the one who works and does all these things might do so for the wrong reason, after all you can go to church every sunday, you can do all kinds of works and good deeds you can even know the bible like the back of your hand but that isn't what makes a Christian now is it? If all this is not done in love then all it is is wasted effort because as with anything in life the reason and the motive in the heart will always be the deciding factor.
As for the one who doesn't work I cannot say they are Christians, I do know people have limitation including physical ones I am one of them but the works of the spirit are hardly limited to the physical even just being here on cc we are doing his work or even just praying we are doing works or showing any word of kindness or encouragement we are doing his work. The spirit in the believer produces works it just comes naturally like breathing it's the fruit of him working in us. It isn't works equals salvation it's salvation equals works because after all when he gives you the gift of salvation and changes your heart you simply cannot help but to do these works not because it's the Christian thing to do but because it is the love he has infused in our hearts that drives us to do so
