You are false prophets and you are prophesying there are no more prophets.
There are no bible verses to say there are no more prophets.
But that does not matter to you because you are prophesying there are no more prophets

And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death. The time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

Is saying "I don't want to talk to you" the internet equivalent of holding your breathe?
the forums would look a lot more Christ-like if people actually followed through with what they post.
Example: not talking to people they say they are not going to talk to, not answering critics as they say God COMMANDED them not to answer, etc.....
"you're full of crap" is that from the Spirit of God or from the flesh? Honestly?
I wonder if pride in being a "prophet" will allow people to apologize when they sin or if their hearts are too harden for such things.
It makes my heart sad to see such contention from men claiming to be prophets and teachers of the gospel of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For did He not teach and inspire these words from the Apostle Paul?
Ephesians 4

Saying there are no new prophets is like leaven and is NOT in the scriptures
Luke 13:20 And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?21 It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
Galatians 5: 9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
So lets purge out the leaven
1 Corinthians 5:7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

I believe in prophets so what issue do you have with me? do you wish to have a witch hunt and burn the leaven as you put it or do you follow God's words when He told His angels to allow the wheat and tares to grow and not uproot them least the wheat be uprooted with the tares until the day of harvest and Judgment?

Sadly the problem is that ones who don't have the gift are so jealous of ones who do. For the most part people in here say God doesn't even talk. So they sure can't hear him. What makes me sad is to think how much God wants to talk to all of them because he loves them so much. But they spend there time in here mocking Gods people instead of in prayer and asking God to talk to them.

APOSTLES AND PROPHETS TODAY
There are those who claim to be apostles and prophets by their own word. Others claim it by showing their signs, wonders and miracles. This so-called signs and wonders movement is part of an effort to restore what they understood to be the five-fold ministry described in Ephesians 4:11.
The proliferators of the movement claim that these dynamics are what is necessary for the church to have power.
In actuality, those who lay claim to this ministry today are operating under a misunderstanding of apostles and prophets of the Bible.
The Lord confirmed His signs to the apostles' words to show a transition of authority from Israel and its priesthood to the apostles who were laying down the foundation for the church, a new entity.
This unique anointing testified to Israel and to the gentiles a new order of leadership, the demonstration of spiritual authority was transferred to the church Christ body.
Becoming aware of what the Bible says about these positions in the early church can help us guard against misleading teachings in the church today.

There are so many things that we can do as believers, because of the grace of God, that do not involve any gifts of the Spirit. Spiritual gifts are not necessary or needed to be a Spirit-filled believer or to walk in the Spirit through the word of God. Because they are not needed there is nothing to be jealous of. Jesus Christ has no problem speaking with us because He abides in us with His word. We can receive from others the portion that God has given them through the supply of the Spirit of grace. But when God speaks to us through that still small voice in our spirit and we respond by faith to the word that He is making alive in our mind and heart, then we have confidence and we trust in the living God. Prophets are not needed because we have Christ and His word and the indwelling Spirit.
