What was it before.....Jesus preached to the wicked dead and now Lucifer was a man and we were a morning star pre-birth......

I am guessing not enough of sleep?
Isaiah 14:15-17

15*Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

16*They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;

17*That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?

The carnal mind does not rise from the pit, but the soul will be delivered from the lowest hell.

GOODBYE

Jude 1
Greeting

1Jude, a servanta of Jesus Christ and brother of James,

To those who are called, beloved in God the Father and kept forb Jesus Christ:

2May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.

Judgment on False Teachers
3Beloved, although I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I found it necessary to write appealing to you to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints. 4For certain people have crept in unnoticed who long ago were designated for this condemnation, ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into sensuality and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

5Now I want to remind you, although you once fully knew it, that Jesus, who savedc a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. 6And the angels who did not stay within their own position of authority, but left their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains under gloomy darkness until the judgment of the great day— 7just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire,d serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire.

8Yet in like manner these people also, relying on their dreams, defile the flesh, reject authority, and blaspheme the glorious ones. 9But when the archangel Michael, contending with the devil, was disputing about the body of Moses, he did not presume to pronounce a blasphemous judgment, but said, “The Lord rebuke you.” 10But these people blaspheme all that they do not understand, and they are destroyed by all that they, like unreasoning animals, understand instinctively. 11Woe to them! For they walked in the way of Cain and abandoned themselves for the sake of gain to Balaam’s error and perished in Korah’s rebellion. 12These are hidden reefse at your love feasts, as they feast with you without fear, shepherds feeding themselves; waterless clouds, swept along by winds; fruitless trees in late autumn, twice dead, uprooted; 13wild waves of the sea, casting up the foam of their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved forever.

14It was also about these that Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of his holy ones, 15to execute judgment on all and to convict all the ungodly of all their deeds of ungodliness that they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things that ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” 16These are grumblers, malcontents, following their own sinful desires; they are loud-mouthed boasters, showing favoritism to gain advantage

A Call to Persevere
17But you must remember, beloved, the predictions of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. 18Theyf said to you, “In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions.” 19It is these who cause divisions, worldly people, devoid of the Spirit. 20But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, 21keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. 22And have mercy on those who doubt; 23save others by snatching them out of the fire; to others show mercy with fear, hating even the garmentg stained by the flesh.

Doxology
24Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, 25to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

How most see Lucifer is incorrect. He was only a man. We all were created I Christ (the Word) before the world began. We are the morning stars who sang.
Isa 14:12 KJV - How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

Lucifer is a son of God.

Jhn 1:18 KJV - No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared [him].

Sorry, but Lucifer is not a man.

Again lucifer is a man. A man exalted by his own carnal mind. Most people here are exalted within their own minds, weakening the nations placing themselves above the throne of God. They too will be cut to the ground in death.

Why do you think satan ONLY appeared and was seen by one man, Jesus?

Because this wasn't a whole other being, this was His own lust He battled in the wilderness.

What thoughts would run through your mind if you had knowledge of having the almighty power of God?

If I was starving and had the power to turn stones into bread, would I do it to stop my stomach from growling? Jesus was tempted having this knowledge and power, yet remained without sin.

Again you may believe what you wish, but satan is simply the subtle carnal mind in all of us.

I think you have the wrong idea of my post. I am not just some false prophet that walked into this chat room. I have been zealously studying this great book for several years. The truth is very important to me, and the love of the one true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is my only desire.
I share this love, only to learn more from him.
Lucifer, indeed, was a man. But fell because of his fear of sharing the truth of God with those who had their "traditional" ways. He feared what man would do to him, and not what God would provide...SALVATION.

Eze 28:14 KJV - Thou [art] the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee [so]: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

Lucifer was presented to the Father. He crossed those fiery stones with God.

Eze 28:15 KJV - Thou [wast] perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Fear.

Eze 28:16 KJV - By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

Instead of owning up to his failure, Lucifer became angry. This is his fall. Those that feared Lucifer's anger, followed, and fell with him.

That's a small sentence with a great deal of incorrectness in it:
Ezekiel 28:11-15 11 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. 13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. 14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Doesn't sound like a man to me.

You aren't looking at the big picture. Have you considered that this is not the first go around?
Lucifer was man first. Then angel.

Scripture, please. And not the ones that talk about the "sons of God", either. Man was created from the dust of the ground in Genesis. Lucifer was already created before this. He was not a man, but one of the creations of God in heaven, such as the angels, cherubim, seraphim, and the beasts that fly around the throne of God.

Hebrews 4:15

15*For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

JESUS WAS TEMPTED LIKE AS WE ARE! HOW ARE WE TEMPTED GRANDMA, BY GOD!?

NO!

James 1:13-16

13*Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: INCLUDING JESUS! SO WHERE DID HIS TEMPTATION COME FROM!?

14*But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

15*Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

16*Do not err, my beloved brethren.

Lust however NEVER conceived with Jesus!

You foolish woman! For all the knowledge you believe to have, you're intelligence is at the equivalency of a child reading a picture bible! You offer NO insight, NO uplifting of the saints, and NO growth in Christ! I am resigned from wasting my time with a 60 year old child and offer you only my belt in discipline of a disobedient and arrogant kid!

Easy...

John 8:44-47
44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

I think these scriptures help explain what you are talking about, PatientSpirit...
Maybe you could expound even more.

This is dealing with the flesh, which profited nothing. Jesus put no value on this. So when Jesus says you are of your father the devil, he means that he is a child of the flesh ruled by the carnal mind. Even the disciples were rebuked when under this spirit.

Eze 28:15 KJV - Thou [wast] perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Fear.
Not fear, but confusion. The infamous "lucifer" passage is coming from Isa 14 which is directed at whom?

Isa 14:4 That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon

Be sure to take into account that the name "Babylon" is just an English place-holder; this says in the Hebrew: King of Babel- the word Gentile name "Babylon" is just being put into the translation for ease of Gentile reading (much like there is no "Egypt" in the original language- it is called "Mizraim"; but when it came time to translate they didn't want English speakers reading "Moses went down to Mizraim" because they would be going, "Mizraim? Where is Mizraim?" but put "Egypt" and now, "Ah, Egypt- that I know"). But whenever you see the name "Babylon" it is in fact the same word "Babel" used at Genesis 11 and the infamous city and tower- and the word means "confusion"

So Lucifer- or, "haylel"- is an epithet of who? The King of Confusion. Confusion. That is what it is all about. Not fear. Confusion. Confusion is the true enemy. In the Revelation we get to the point of "Great Babylon/Babel/Confusion"

It is all about confusion, and what confusion does to the Word of God in our minds. Look at the state of Christianity and what do you see? Do you see confusion? A vast roaring sea of confusion? What is the wall that separates so many Christians? Confusion. What is the wall set up between the people talking on this forum? Confusion. One man says one thing, another says another- even in this very thread we see that spirit of rebellion, fighting against one another because of conflicting understanding. Confusion.

Yes, confusion reigns- and her king is coming to claim her for his own. The king of confusion is coming to lay the land low, and to make the cities desolate and without inhabitant. The destroyer of nations is on his way.

Lucifer doesn't know what he is doing; there is only confusion. He thinks he is doing things by his own might; he is confused.

Da 4:30 The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty? 31 While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. 32 And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
