2 c oat flour (grind your own quick oatmeal with your coffee grinder or food processor)
3/4 c instant nonfat dry milk or use your own milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
3 med or 4 small very ripe mashed bananas
1 c brown sugar (dark is the best because it is more natural)
1 c apple sauce in jars only
1 c chopped walnuts[/TD]

Preheat oven to 350 F . Grease One 9x5 loaf pan.[/TD]

[TD]Combine-flour, dry milk, baking powder/soda cinnamon in med. Bowl. [/TD]

[TD]Beat eggs, bananas, sugar and applesauce in a med bowl on med speed.[/TD]

[TD]Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Spoon into[/TD]
[/TR]

[TD]Prepared pans. Bake 60-65 min or until inserted the knife [/TD]

[TD]Comes out clean. Cool on wire. [/TD]

Print it you and cut it in half for you index box or recipe book if you have . I usually like moistened banana loaf and it is so devouring. You can eat it at anytime , I had tea time with a company at night . It is pretty fluffy not heavy. If you have allergies of walnuts ,you can eliminate them. You can spread your tops like fresh butter,almond butter ,peanut butter ,etc. Enjoy!
