You can make a chowder.

some canned potatoes
some onion (dried or fresh)
some water
whatever fish u like or canned corn
Milk
powdered original flavored creamer
salt and pepper
whatever seasonings fit your taste

nice and easy. and you can just wing it, what doesn't work change.
