Very simple but great, especially if you love pizza. Any bread you like will do even the soft one. You must have pasta sauce, your favorite kind & cheese. I love Swiss cheese it is the best when melted.
Sauce must be heated first on the bread (just as much as you like) in the microwave. As soon as it gets hot, add a thick slice of Swiss cheese. If you want to go all out, you can fry onions, sweet pepper & whatever you like on low until tender & translucent - don't let them start to brown.
You may also add meat, warmed or cold, whatever you like.
See that is the best thing, you have the power to make it just as cheesy & sloppy or dry as you like, with anything you like on it. It takes only about 5 minutes because you don't want it in the microwave too long. You can empty your fridge of leftover meatloaf & that small piece of onion.
