Ingredients
Bacon, chopped
Leeks, chopped
Radishes (I used the "easter egg" variety)
Salt, to taste
Instructions
In your pan, cook bacon and add in leeks
Wash your radishes and cut the stems off (the leaves are actually edible if you'd like to reserve them)
Cut them up and add them to your pan, stir
Bring your pan down to low heat and cover for 10-15 minutes
Add salt to taste
Voila!
Serve with virtually any protein, I had mine for breakfast with an omelette.
