A fantastic fruit cake recipe

750grams mixed fruit dried
600mls of flavoured milk (coffee chocolate mocha)
2 cups of self raising flour

Place fruit in bowl and marinate it in the milk overnight stir through the
self raising flour well.
Place in a well greased tin and cook for an hour and a half in a 180 degree
oven when an hour has past and it looks a bit brown turn it down to 150

I find men are terrified of fruit cake as most are too rich I over come this by
cooking it iin a sponge tin and cutting it into 2 bite slices. If you are an Aussie
I recommend the Black and Gold brand of fruit because it has lots of
cherries in it and very little citrus peel. I made it up with Honeycomb milk the
last time I made it. It was a great success ENJOY
