Does anyone have a favorite vegetarian or vegan recipe?? My wife and I are trying to transition to vegan eating habits - - and trying to find favorites that we can incorporate in to our lives. We have found a few that we are liking and will make every week - - and I will post those as time goes by. A few of our favorites thus far are: Back porch soup (can be made with or without meat) . . . meatless gyros (with Seitan) . . . vegetarian Burritos . . .

We are not totally vegan - - we have baked Salmon at least once per week. . . .
