Zelm4 I am sorry that you lost your spouse as well. May I ask, how have you been coping with your loss? I can't stop crying...day and night; it's been 6 weeks now, and I feel so stuck...I can't seem to move forward; however, just coming on this site, I feel, is a little step forward to healing.
