I understand all but one of those words, but I'm an Aussie and I can work out the one word (possibly) from its context. I'm curious to see the responses you receive. :)

flat = apartment

I never heard of biscuits being called scones, I have heard the word, but didn't know what they were. :)

Just on a guess I would think it translates to:

"All is good" she said. My togs and jandals (?) are in the fridge. She was feeling bad and then packed a sad (?) but her summer attire was neaby so she put it on and her tracksuit and felt better as she went for a jog.

Again just a guess, let me know how ridiculously wrong I am or how close I am lol.

I would have been just like you...except I just found out about it here...
We were working the Milwaukee Irish Fest, just getting set up one morning before the crowd came in, when a nearby vendor offered us some scones and coffee for breakfast.
