Ok I spent some time in NZ so maybe I can do halfway decent at this:

That's great she said. My swimsuit and flip flops are in the cooler. She was down and depressed, but her sunglasses were nearby so she put them on and put on her tennis shoes and then went for a jog.

Dead on, as I also read it...... except for the part where she caught a little bit of a "tude."

Yehwith the bangers comment its like biscuits n gravy translated to me as cookies havin gravy and I was thinkin what on earth ? why would you have cookies with gravy?

Yeah, sausage gravy wouldn't do well with chocolate chip cookies. Not even ... ow!
